Karen was great - really helpful/knowledgeable and made the whole process of having a card machine very simple. Not used one before myself so was really pleased to have someone that was patient and didnt mind going through queries in detail. Definitely recommend her/Shift4 for businesses.

Great experience with Karen Fabrizi! she clearly explained how SHIFT4 works as a card machine designed to support independent businesses.
She made everything simple to understand and was incredibly helpful throughout.
