Extremely Disappointed with Shinads.in's Lack of Customization Options
I recently had a very frustrating experience with Shinads.in, a website that claims to provide top-quality themes and plugins for customers. However, my encounter with this platform left me utterly dissatisfied and disappointed.
The major issue I faced was the absolute lack of customization options offered on their platform. I understand that Shinads.in utilizes the GPL theme and plugin, but as a paying customer, I had a reasonable expectation for additional flexibility and modifications. Unfortunately, despite my repeated requests, they were unable to accommodate my simple request to add the Blurb theme to their repertoire.
Customer service at Shinads.in was equally abysmal. Their responses were slow, unhelpful, and lacked professional courtesy. It seemed that they were uninterested in addressing customer concerns or providing any meaningful assistance.
Moreover, the supposed expertise and knowledge of the Shinads.in team left a lot to be desired. They proved themselves unequipped to address my questions and concerns about the functionalities and limitations of their platform. Their lack of technical proficiency was evident throughout my interactions with them, further compounding my frustration.
Ultimately, I cannot recommend Shinads.in to anyone seeking a customizable and user-friendly website experience. Their failure to adapt and provide the additional theme I requested, coupled with their poor customer service and lack of technical expertise, makes this platform a regrettable choice for customers seeking customization options.
My advice to potential customers is to seek alternative platforms that prioritize user satisfaction, offer a wide range of customization options, and provide reliable and responsive customer support.
