I just love this ying and yang cat pendant and necklace it is very unique!

The heart/anchor is absolutely gorgeous, but the chain was junk. It broke twice in a week, and I ended up buying a new chain to replace it.

Ordered 04/08/2020 still haven’t received the order it is now 05/24/2020. Was told delayed due to covid. Same response both emails I have sent. Ordered for a graduation which has already happened. Beyond disappointed and frustrated.

I ordered something for my daughter on April 15 , 2020 and here it is the end of May and I haven't even gotten an email from them letting me know when or why my order hasn't shipped. It was for graduation and she has already walked and got her diploma. I just want an answer for when it's getting here.

Waited 2 months for my order. Kept sending messages. Y’all kept telling me its been shipped. 9 weeks later and after I had gotten my granddaughter something else for graduation. Yall decided to send it. Want order from this company ever again

I love the necklace. Very beautiful however my husband sent me a necklace that was supposed to have beautiful words written in the inside of the box. I received a blank black background. Absolutely no words. You should make sure to advertise if words are not included.

I really like ShineOn - great products, fast production, good service. I just hope they don't get too many new people joining their platform.

Ordered on April 11, emailed 3 weeks later and was told due to COVID, things were backed up. Here we are almost in June, second email sent, and no response as to when I will receive this item which I purchased for my daughter’s graduation. Why promote a product for an upcoming event you can’t fulfill? I would just like my money back at this point, she graduates in a week!!

I bought the daughter necklace for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. It happened to arrive while I was talking to her on the phone and she just kept saying she loved it and it was beautiful and than I you about 5 times in a minute. My child shows very little emotion so this ment a lot to me.
