Ordered some star wars RPG bits for a really good price - these are hard to find in the UK.

Recently ordered a Cyberpunk Red Battle Map set, and got it very quickly, packaged well, with an awesome little note. Will defiantly be shopping with Shiny more often! :)

I ordered a Cyberpunk Red Combat Zone gang which arrived quickly and well packed, however one of the figures was damaged in the box (which was still sealed, so not anything Shiny Games had done wrong). I contacted them via email with photos and Overlord Richard sent a replacement figure right away. Brilliant customer service, definitely would buy from again!

We ordered late, and got the wrong postage but Richard was able to sort it all out, on the weekend before Christmas' and make sure that our family received their present in time! His communication was fantastic.

Used Shiny Games for the first time to order a range of table top RPG books that were proving troublesome to get elsewhere. Arrived promptly, well packaged and with a personalised note, which was a nice touch :)

They were incredibly polite and friendly when helping sort an issue with a kit purchased from them, eventhough the issue was not at all their fault and was simply a manufacturing defect.

Very clear and well-handled service, very nicely packaged as well - none of this packing small items in massive boxes surrounded by air and ripped-up cardboard, the way certain companies do (looking at you Amazon). Just a small company running their business very well. And as another reviewer mentioned even a lovely note on the delivery slip.
