I can only review the impressions process as I have not received my veneers as of yet. It took me 4 tries to get my impressions done correctly . I highly recommend watching the how to video very carefully and watch it many times so this won't happen to you. I finally got it right and am now waiting for my veneers to arrive. Customer service was very helpful and gave me a lot of advice on getting my impressions done correctly and sent me new kits quickly. I can't wait to get my completed veneers!!

The experience was great very easy that my smile is terrific thank you shiny smiles. You changed my life.

I placed an order back in September 2025, and I am still empty-handed nearly a year later. They trap you in an endless, agonizing cycle of taking dental impressions that they repeatedly fail and reject.
The worst part is the completely deceptive communication. I participated in two separate video appointments where their staff specifically looked at my molds and told me they were "perfect" and approved. Based on their explicit approval, I paid money out of pocket to ship the impressions to their lab. Once the lab received them, they completely reversed their stance, rejected the molds, and demanded I start over.
After nearly a year of compliance, patience, and zero product, I requested a refund. Instead of returning my money, they are actively refusing to issue a refund and are trying to force me onto phone calls to trap me in the same loop. They take your money upfront, fail to deliver any product, force you to cover shipping for their mistakes, and then pocket your cash. If you Google them and look on Reddit, you will see countless accounts of people who have had the same experience of not receiving a product after multiple attempts and never receiving a refund from the company.

My husband was very nervous to try shinysmile but he finally decided to take the plunge and I'm SO glad he did! The process for making the teeth molds was very easy and he received his new smile within a few weeks! He is very pleased with how his shinysmileveneers look! He has gotten his confidence back and smiles in public again. Thank you!!!

Shiny Smile Veneers is a trustworthy company. They handle the entire online process professionally, efficiently, and very quickly.
In my case, I had some difficulty taking the impression of my upper teeth. I had to redo it seven times before it was accepted. If possible, I would suggest that the company consider offering an option for customers to have their dental impressions taken professionally instead of having to do it themselves.

Ok to start, I was really reluctant to spend money on something I wasn’t really sure about but my teeth have given me low confidence. Mind you, they are not horrible but they’re not real great. I have missing teeth and crooked teeth. So, I took a chance. First they send you a mold kit with very detailed instructions. I followed everything to the letter. Sent the molds and they were tracked the whole way. I was then informed my lower impressions were accepted but my uppers were denied and I had to buy another kit for $22. Ok, yes that pissed me off and I may have said or texted a few choice words. They were so nice and unbelievably professional. So I paid the $22, waited for package, sent 4 molds and hoped that would be good. Well in the meantime my lowers came in. Holy crap did they look good! Not only that, they fit snug. So snug that it took a bit to get them off. So let me tell you…. So far Iam really really happy. Then I found out 1 of my 4 molds made the cut and they are working on them now. If they look as good as the lowers I cannot tell you what a game changer that will be. I will update my review with pics once the uppers come in. But so far I give this company and the people that had to deal with me 5 golden stars! Thank you all.

I went with shiney smile to use until i can get implants. Got the top set to try before i ordered the bottoms. I got them due to there warranty. They say you can eat soft foods with them. But that messed up mine with chilli. And i have been waiting over three months for the replacements. When it took 4 weeks ti get the originals. So, i do not recommend them. The warranty service is horrible.

I’m very satisfied with my Shiny Smile veneers! The whole process was fast and easy from start to finish. They fit well, look great, and gave me the smile I was hoping for. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient smile makeover.

I am so glad that I joined the Shiny Smile family.My entire adult life I was always extremely self conscious about my smile and I couldn’t afford braces.But then I finally pulled the trigger and got myself my Shiny Smile Veneers and it has literally boosted my confidence.I get more compliments than I ever have.Customer service is great too.You do have to be careful when handling them but when or if you should happen to break them,they will replace them in a timely manner.The staff were awesome in that regard.i am a life time loyal customer and I would recommend Shiny Smile absolutely.Thanks for ever to the Shiny Smile Team.You guys have been an inspiration to me and I’ll give you all 10 plus stars

The home impression process was very easy. The turn around time was relatively short and the veneers look amazing. I wear them every day and I am pleased that I can eat with them

So far, my experience has been great! I had some issues with my very first impression photo being denied by AI when I sent the picture for approval. I did some research and took a couple days watching lots of video's and after using the practice trick, my first set of impressions I sent in were approved! Communication has been top notch, all questions answered within 24 hours.
I recently lost a front tooth and cannot wait to get them and be able to smile again!

My experience with Shiny Smile Veneers has been wonderful. Everyone that I have been in contact with has been incredibly helpful and professional. I love how much the veneers have upped my confidence, and I get compliments a lot. Well worth the money. I've had them for about 7 months now, and I am just now ordering a second set due to some slight breakage in the back, probably from where I clench my jaw a lot. I have noticed that it has changed the bite of my teeth slightly, but I do wear them often.

Coustomer service has been fantastic. I have not recived my grill yet(teeth). I can’t wait!!!!!!

Shiny Smile is the best. After a crown broke off and the tooth had to be extracted, I was embarrassed to smile. Dentist said had to wait 4 months to heal - then get the post implanted - then wait another 3 to 4 months before finally getting a new crown. I could not imagine covering my mouth to smile for nearly a year. So glad I found Shiny Smile. The process was simple - placed my order - received the impression kit in a couple of days - watched their video on how to do the impressions -(highly recommended) - sent the impressions in - about 2 weeks received my Shiny Smile veneers.
