I did like the customer service you…
I did like the customer service you provided and everything was picked up and delivered in a timely fashion, but unfortunately my daughter's trunk was pretty banged up and we had to order some new hardware for it that was broken. We had hoped this would be an heirloom she'd get to keep, but I'm just hoping the trunk lasts another trip to camp.

Works as Advertised, but Rough on Trunk
The service was seamless and delivery was fast, but after two years of Ship Camps we'll need to replace my child's trunk because it has been torn up in shipping. I wish that Ship Camps had an option to order a box that could be delivered to camp to protect the trunk on the way home.
Our bag was randomly left at someone…
Our bag was randomly left at someone else's home. Luckily this person had a mutual friend and tracked us down where we were able to retrieve it. I assume this is the fault of fedex and not ship camps. I called and they apologized and were able to ensure the second bag went to the right place, but I am not the only person of our groups whose bags were left at random houses!
Delivery date for returning bags incorrect
We had no issues with bag pick up and delivery to camp. Unfortunately, we had issues with the returning of the bags. Our bags were delivered to the house 4 days earlier than we were told. We were not in town and had to scramble to make arrangements for someone to get the bags and store them from us. We received two different delivery dates on our tracking as well - one that said in transit and would be delivered on the expected date and another that said in transit and would be delivered that day (4 days early). It was hard to even know which one to follow as they were not in sync or accurate.

Although FedEx sucked to pick up the bag, ship camps was amazing.
They were terrific
They were terrific! One bag came even sooner than expected. And one had lost its mailing tag, but they took the time to look us up using the name (from luggage tag) and texted me that they had our bag and we figured out the rest. Excellent communication. Thank you!

One of the bags was fully ripped. The other bag had a rip inside. Both bags are durable and expensive.

My daughters trunk was damaged in multiple places and it was brand new. I would have appreciated knowing before hand the possibility of this as I probably would of shipped a soft bag instead of a trunk. Or some guidelines on how to protect your shipped belongings.

We shipped our trunk to and from camp. It was very beat up upon receiving it back from camp. The frame of the box was actually bent. For the cost, I was hoping it would be in better condition, especially because both the trunk and shipping were so expensive.

Date change
We are supposed to have the trunks delivered on Tuesday and they were delivered Friday and Saturday, respectively. We had to scramble to get neighbors to bring the trunk in the garage because it was going to rain. The date that the trunks are delivered should be set in stone.
