Datenschutzverstöße und Spam
Sammelt, verarbeitet, speichert und verwendet personenbezogene Daten ohne Einverständnis der Person/Dateninhaber. Weigert sich auch nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung die Daten zu löschen, mit der Begründung, man sei von einem Online-Shop beauftragt worden. Selbst WENN Online-Shops unrechtmäßig oder rechtmäßig Daten an Dritte weitergeben, müssen diese Daten auf Verlangen sofort gelöscht werden. Mit der Weigerung und der Ausrede verstößt Shipcloud gegen geltendes Recht. Und als wäre das nicht ärgerlich genug, bekam ich zehn(!) Emails mit nahezu identischem Inhalt innerhalb von weniger als 24h. Auch das ist rechtswidrig. Datenschutzverstöße und Spam, das ist es, was Shipcloud tut!
