Purchased makeup vanity

Purchased makeup vanity. Item was sold out everywhere else. I have a screenshot of item and purchase. Completely different item was shipped and picture was swapped out. Now my original email will not display picture. I still have the screenshot however
Unable to get in touch w customer service. They are trying to make me pay for return shipping. Do not shop here. Update: I was told return was approved and would be sent a shopping return label. This never happened. Impossible to get in touch with someone. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Again DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I haven't been able to successfully by…

I haven't been able to successfully by a couch from here. The website doesn't even have couch sizing. When I ask customer service they make me feel like a cockroach for asking in the first place. Why would I ever spend $1,000 anywhere where you can't even give me a straight answer? It's furniture. Obviously I need to know the size of it. Who is buying furniture without knowing how big it is? Such level of rudeness is not worth the cheaper prices. I can afford not to be treated like crap. Thanks.

Though my item did not arrive when it suppose too the company was not at fault it was a delivery issue getting it to us, we Absolutely love our stools I would buy from this company again and again, I’m a super happy customer ☺️🫶🏽

Tom's computer desk review

It was quick delivery and there was only one small hole in the box.I'm putting it together this weekend hopefully nothing inside was damaged.But overall it was a good experience dealing with this company.I would definitely order from them again in the future.

WRONG ITEM DELIVERED & DELIVERY CREW HAD REFUSED TO STAY LONG ENOUGH FOR ITEM TO BE UNWRAPED UPON DELIVERY

1.NO prior notice of delivery date or time- arrived unannoumced
2. Wrapped sofa was brought iinto our house, left in front of our TV, & delivery persons departed - my husband & I are both disabled & using walkers - WE NEEDED & ASKED FOR SOME ASSISTANCE & WERE DENIED.
3. Upon removing sofa packaging, learned that WRONG ITEM WAS DELIVERED - WE ORDERED & PAID FOR A "SLEEPER" SOFA & RECVd A NON-SLEEPER (STANDARD) SOFA.

Good service but room for improvement

The shipping was good but had to email to find out status as there was no communication after confirmation of order received. I would have expected to be notified. Additionally since it was a couch, it should have been delivered directly to my door but the boxes was left in the mail room. I had tom make arrangements for it to be brought to my apartment.

The couch is nice a little harder than expected but it cleans very easily. I will definitely use this company again.

Recieved side table withing a few days…

Recieved side table withing a few days of ordering. Easy to assemble. For the most part good quality. The top of one side table wasnt plained very well during manufacturing.
The packing was superb and held up will to FedEx throwing both package over a 5 foot fence rather than opening the gate in the same area. Another typical massive FedEx fail. If I had a choice of another delivery service I would never use FedEx with the amount of deliveries that have been grossly mishandled by FedEx

Cheap material at a high price…

I like the look of the furniture I recieved, but was surprised to see it is cheap particle board construction. For the price, I expected better.

Also, I received zero shipping updates or tracking information. It just showed up at my door unannounced.

Exp was not a positive one as…

Experience was not a positive one as was not informed from the start company does not deliver to my location, found out after 3rd order was denied and emailing company why kept getting denied.

Never received my item

Never received my item kept being shipped back to the store and got a refund I would like it more if I was able to get the item regardless but I changed my review to not harm the company
