Poor service
I did not receive a shipment label automaticly. In chat I ask for my label. I wait for the answer about 3 hours. This is a poor service! Next time I choose UPS directly, is the same price, but better service.

Very fast and easy to use platform. The delivery was quick and at the agreed timeframe. Quality is good.
Price is a bit on the high side, but this is only partially their responsibility, as it depends on the courrier company mostly. Otherwise, 5 stars service.
