They have stolen my money.
They have stolen my money.
They claim they have not received it in their TransferWise account even though I've shown them screenshots from my bank that the transaction has cleared. My bank has confirmed the money is sent. After 6 weeks of back and forth they asked ME to contact THEIR banking service to sort it out. Incredibly hopeless.

This is a fraud company just collecting information from you and than start asking small money like 10 to 20 dollars to move to next stage they never help you but Infact they cheat you and you can end up 5 times higher than actual price of a shipment
I can only say never pay them a penny because you will be asked to more and more as you go ahead .....

As an intermediary, we do our part to request orders based on the links you send us, regardless whether it is genuine or not.

Will not ship any products with capacitors?????????
I am trying to place an order with aliexpressagent. At first, communication is very good. After I paid, I was informed the one item cannot be shipped because "it has capacitors in it"
I asked them to challenge this with their shipper because Capacitors are not dangerous goods and are present in every single piece of electronics in the world. I even gave them a link to international shipping standards that specifically notes that capacitors are not dangerous.
Just because the product is open at the back and a capacitor happens to be visible, they are refusing to ship, yet the item on aliexpress website itself has international shipping options available.
I am looking for alternative consolidation services, because if I have to struggle like this each time I want to buy electronics, I am going to have a hard time.

Bad after sales service and wrong shipping cost calculations
It took too long to consolidate my order and ship.
the weight of the parcel was not mentioned correctly and the dimensional weight was not correct too. When i tried to inform customer service about this issue they said they need a photo to prove the same even though it was clearly mentioned in the logistics document that the weight was different from the weight they had on the invoice.
there fore the matter was not resolved and i had to share this with you all.

But please note that for the package, the way it was measured should be correct, the package has the tendency to swell up when too many goods were placed in it. In which, it cannot hold it's perfect rectangle shape anymore.
For your future orders, you may ask us to take a picture of the parcel weighting on scale before the shipment.
In this case, it should be measured under one certain reference (usually the vertical wall space). Pls see pic:https://goo.gl/hrGEuB
It is measured for one side of the wall, and for the other side, the volume for the swelling parts should be taken into consideration. And that’s is the correct way for measure.
The measurement differences are 2&4&5 cm. The difference was mainly caused by the different measurement methods and the opening of the carton. If you have measured the parcel in front of the postman before opening it, we can process your order to our after-sale team.

Dishonest shipping service. I Contacted their support about shipping cost asking why their epacket shipping price is 5x the normal price on aliexress. And they reply that they are not responsible for that. BEWARE of this company if you don't want to end up being overcharged a whole lot of money. Especially for those who dropship.

Also, a lot of Aliexpress sellers makes their shipping price lower and add the cost they deducted into the item price to attract customers. You can notice that Aliexpress items are more expensive than taobao item. This is one of the reason why our customers use our services.
Moreover, note that,
2) Our service is designed to be cost-effective for expensive items that are needed to be checked before shipping. And also for orders that consists of number of items that will be packed in a single parcel. That is why we have a minimum order of 50 USD to avail our service.
3) Be informed as well that the shipping price for the first 500 grams is higher compared to the price of every 500 grams thereafter.
So, it will be cost effective for you to collect more links in a single order, or in a separate order, then we will combine them in a single package to be shipped as one. Such that, the shipping price will be commensurate for the purchased products.

Completely untrustworthy and/or Pointless Customer Support
I ordered something from AliExpress Agent, only to get their reply that the supplier of my product - like most AliExpress suppliers - will not ship within China; and therefore they could not get the product I asked for.
If - according to AliExpress Agent's written words - most AliExpress suppliers do not ship within China (i.e. where AliExpress Agent is located & operating), how exactly does AliExpress Agent get the prodcuts from AliExpress to handle them on their customers' behalf?
I am still expecting an answer from them on this question.
In the meantime, the amount I paid them is still in their account.
The conclusions are yours...

Can AliExpress Agent buy products from AliExpress sellers or not?
The answer is Yes.
Procedure as follow:
Customer placed order—>order confirmed—> Purchasing team contact sellers via livechat in Aliexpress and ask if they ship inside China—>
If they ship inside China, we will pay offline—> receive order—>QC & pack—>issue Second bill
If they don't ship inside China, we will ask the customer to see if they want to change or cancel (this is your case).
In order to speed up the process and avoid unavailability, some of our customers will talk to the sellers first and confirm if they ship inside China, then place an order with us.
As you can see from the above procedures, orders will be paid to sellers without using payment methods in aliexpress.com. That is how we fulfill orders from Aliexpress.
