Warning: They will lose your packages and lie to your face.

I really wish I’d listened to the reviews. I gave Shippex a chance back in November for a package to Haiti and it was fine, so I thought people were just being dramatic. I was wrong. Seriously, do not make the same mistake I did.
I sent 8 boxes through them recently and it’s been a total disaster. Two of my boxes just "vanished." The worst part? I literally have the FedEx photos showing the boxes sitting right on their warehouse floor in Miami. FedEx confirmed the delivery, the proof is right there, but Shippex just looks me in the eye and claims they never got them. Because of their lie, eBay won’t give me a refund. That’s $365 of my money gone because they’re either stealing or they have no idea what they’re doing.
It gets even more frustrating. I have 5 other boxes they’ve had since January 9th. It is now April 3rd and the app still says "In Transit." Three months! No updates, no phone calls, nothing.
If you try to go to the West D. office to get answers, don't bother. The staff there is incredibly disrespectful. They’ll just give you some fake 15-day estimate to get you to leave, knowing full well they have no clue where your stuff is.
I’m done being patient. I’m reporting them to the BBB, the Florida Attorney General, and the FTC today. This company is a black hole for your money and a huge risk to our community. If you want your packages to actually reach Haiti, stay far away from Shippex.

DO NOT USE THEM

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience

I had a terrible experience with Shippex, and I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think twice.

Between Costco, HomeSense, TJ Maxx, and Home Depot, I spent approximately $2,900 filling three large barrels with essential items for my mother in Haiti. These barrels were packed completely full—so full that the person who picked them up had to help me close them.

For an entire month, I tried contacting Shippex by phone, email, and online messages with no response at all. Eventually, I had no choice but to drive from Port St. Lucie to their Sunrise location in person. The staff was extremely unprofessional. Instead of handling the issue directly, they called someone on the phone who scheduled a pickup.

I was charged:
• $200 for pickup
• $225 per barrel, even though I was initially told each barrel would cost $150

When the barrels finally arrived in Haiti, the situation became far worse.

The barrels were almost half empty. A significant amount of the contents had clearly been removed and replaced with trash to make them appear full. Missing items included:
• 2 dozen toothpastes
• 3 dozen soaps
• Milk cans
• Food items
• Men’s and women’s clothing
• Shoes
• Deodorants
• Two full utensil sets

Based on what was missing, it is estimated that over $1,000 worth of items were stolen.

I reported this immediately to the person who represented the company and handled the pickup. To this day, there has been no resolution, no accountability, and no follow-up.

This was a deeply upsetting experience. I trusted this company with items meant for my mother, and that trust was completely violated. Appearances were misleading, and the outcome was devastating.

If you are planning on using Shippex, I strongly urge you to reconsider.

Great service

Great service ! Great website. You can track your package and pay shipping fees online. They offer an e-wallet on their website where you can deposit money which is a great tool for me or for someone who frequently ship from USA to Haiti. In future, i hope that we ll be able to link bank account or paypal, zelle or MonCash with shippex e-wallet.
