Company name should be Shitti. One month frim purchase, parcel is" Somwhere, " no customer feedback, no one amswering emails

Hvor er det dog grinagtigt, at SHIPPII svarer de få kunder, der sender dem gode anmeldelser, men ikke en lyd til de mange hundreder af kunder, der har haft en dårlig oplevelse.
SHIPPII er ikke besværet værd. Hold jer væk er mit bedste råd.

Ordered a deliverance and they told me - after I had ordered and after they had cleared my payment - that they didn’t know if or when they would be able to deliver.
Nothing on their website about any problem whatsoever. UNPROFESSIONALLY!

I made an order in April, now it's almost August... still haven't recieved my order and I'm getting no replies from Shippii... The worst company I have ever dealt with. I keep emailing every day but no one gets back to me. Will never use again.

I have bought alcohol in the online store, hire shippii as a transport service, my package has never reached me, I have lost 260€. If you don't want to lose money don't use shippii.

They lost my package back in Sept 2022 and I've been trying to get a refund for a million times and they refuse to answer via email or their own system. Literally a scam company.

I am waiting my order already 5 months!
Unfortunately I cannot get my order already 5 months!
I have problems with Shippii already almost 5 months from the moment of payment and sending the order.
I paid my order and delivery costs (with Shippii insurance) immediately then I ordered it.
I don't get my order yet and CAN NOT GET ANY answer or information from Shippii or from you about my order.
I wrote to Shippii already 10 times, have done 4 reclamations, but they don't answer to my e-mails. Their phone number is also not available.
I got from them last message that my "Order Ready for Delivery" 25.1.2023 (about 5 months ago) and that "Note that it can take a few days for your tracking link to activate."
Today is 27.06.2023 but nothing new information on shippii.com.
I don't understand what can I do more?
No one offered me to look into the situation or return the money for the non-received goods.
The goods were paid for, and then disappeared and NO ONE answers me where and when will it be delivered.
I can no longer recommend Shippii and will definitely contact the relevant organizations to check such work.

I ordered in February 2023 drinks from Discandoo. The shipping company was Shippii. Discandoo claims they've given the order to Shippii to be delivered. Nearly 5 months and no delivery. Shippii is not answering emails, phone calls, nothing! My suspicion is that these two companies work together to scam people. Don't order from them!

No contact options, have made an order, but don't hear anything from them. The order is waiting to be picked up for several days now - and nothing is happening. Not possible to call them, and when you write it will take them days to answer. Don't use Shippii if you want you parcel to come on a certain time.

Unfortunately company doesnt know what is customer service - they wont answer, or if you are lucky, you might get something, but it will take weeks. Already 3 lost shipments from january and february which should have arrived to Finland. I have lost quite a lot of money and I havent got anything from Shippii.

Shipment has been lost for several months now. This company does not respond to any form of contact from their customers.
Will never use their "services" again.

I have waited over a month delivery of order from Netpris.
When contacted to Shippii customer Service no reply and impossible to have anybody to phone.
Tracking info: order not found.
Transporting and products already paid.

This company is scam, they claim that they picked up shipment but they havent.

This Shippii and Netpris just steel your money. Two orders (NE1520073707 (11 items); NE1520073880 (7 items)) for about 250 eur altogether were fully paid more than 3 months ago. And that's it! Tons of emails and no info where is my paid orders. Avoid these!

Impossible to reach this company, unreliable.

I got the confirmation of shipment by email 27.2.2023. I have been waiting my shipment from Germany to Finland five weeks now. No any information available. They do not answer calls or emails. It seems that the whole company has get out of business. So I probably have lost 160 EUR purchase and 90 EUR shipping fee. I have to try to recal money by credit card company but not sure if possible.

Be careful with this. Waited 3 weeks my delivery. Several email sent without any answers. Seems like a scam.

One star is too much. Avoid at all costs, order placed in January and 'allegedly' in Shippii's warehouse from Jan 31, no update since, phone is a pre-recording requesting you email, numerous emails sent, no reply, claim form sent, no reply. Bunch of cowboys, wasting your money if you use them.

I ordered a package on 15th of February and I haven't heard about it since. As it's March 18th today, my order has been "on it's way" over a month now. I have been trying to contact customer service for past 2 weeks but no results.

Previous times have been fine and I haven't had any bad experiences before this order, but 1/5 is for really slow replies and bad customer experience

The worst company in the world. Have been trying to get contact after they destroyed my packets. But no reply and have tried for over a month now. Never use this company for transport. Are taking contact to the Press and the police because it is the only way back now. No reply even after the other companies have been trying to get in contact
