It took me a while to write this review as I have been really upset and I have been fighting for so long to have compensation but without any success...
Here is my story: when I contacted them in February last year to ask for a quote, they sent me an offer which I accepted and paid for. My belongings have been picked up on March 26th in France and were supposed to be delivered on April 6th in England. However, they have not been delivered on the due date and these people have then asked me to pay 240 € more as they had changed the price without any explanation. Then, they have asked me again for more money, holding my belonging as "hostages", threatening me to add storage fees on top of that if I didn’t pay this extra cost coming out of nowhere... So, obviously, I did not have a choice but pay to have them eventually delivered (I ended up paying double price). They delivered most of my belongings more than 3 months later (end of June) completely damaged/broken and with a couple of boxes missing (I wish I could attach pictures to my review to make people see what they have done with my belongings, some stuff from my childhood... My original boxes must have been left out in the rain and must have disintegrated when DHL handled them, so everything must have fallen on the floor and got broken).
They would not reply to emails or phone calls, I had to contact my solicitor and when we threatened them to sue them in court, all of the sudden, they found the missing boxes! It was in December, so 9 months after the collection! Again, when I received them, everything that could be broken has been completely smashed... even a printer in pieces!! And some items were missing:
• Mobile phone
• External hard disk
• Books (must have been thrown away because they were desintegrated due to humidity I guess...)
• Loads of trinkets/ornaments which must have been broken and so not repacked, souvenirs which meant a lot to me...
They refused to grant me any compensation, it took me so much time and I have not been able to get anything... I have lost so much money because of them but also so many personal belongings that meant so much to me, I lost a part of my life...
So if you wish to send belongings or else, I recommend you to avoid them.

Baggage hub ltd arranged to take 29 parcels and send by sea to USA. It’s six months no news of my 19 parcels. No one replies us. Shipping force also does not reply. Please take care of your goods before sending anything by this company
Shipping with Shippingforce is an extremely stressful and expensive mistake
Choosing ShippingForce has been an extremely stressful waste of time. I wish I had seen all the reviews prior to shipping with this company. It is true that this operation is a borderline scam. The communication, organisation and service are appalling.
The courier did not arrive to pick up my boxes on the date that had been agreed on and I got a condescending call saying it had not been scheduled (when I had received many emails and notifications and had a call saying otherwise) without even an apology. I had paid extra for the pickup date and they did not even fulfill their promise.
I have sent many emails because the boxes I shipped weighed less than calculated so I am meant to get money back and I have not received any notification of where they are but all my emails have gone ignored since I paid the fees.
Absolute joke of a company
Arranged for my sons household goods and Christmas presents to be sent via Shipping Force.
Agent arranged pick up on the 10th December 2021 and confirmed that packages were going by Air Freight and would arrive in time for Christmas.
Now the 27th January 2022 and still no sign of my sons goods. Contacted agent and was told that as it’s sea freight it will take weeks. Corrected the agent and showed her the “air freight” quote and invoice and she said that it was a mistake at her end and that the goods were going air freight.
Also, provided Shipping Force with a screen shot of credit card that clearly shows a double payment taken by Shipping Force however, for whatever reason we can’t seem to get this double payment back to my wife’s credit card.
Not good service at all, so we’ve paid twice the amount and we don’t know where my sons goods are!!

I recently needed to move from the U.K. to California, and Shipping Force made it so easy! They sent a courier to pick up my boxes on time and my boxes arrived in California MUCH quicker than expected. I found the process easy and straightforward and it really made my move a lot less stressful!

Service was good upto the customs release of our boxed shipped from Abu Dhabi to Austria. Our boxes remained in DHL customs in Austria for at least 10 days. There was a total confusion about our goods and ShippingForce was not able to support to solve the problem. I was simply left on my own to solve the issues with DHL, as they only wanted to deal with the person who shipped the goods. At the end, I had to pay 350 EUR extra for storage cost in Austria. I have addressed the issue with Shippingforce and they never came back to me on a solution in regards to the extra cost. It is simply incredible that you provide them all the requested documents, which they claim they check, and then at the end dealing with the courier yourself. in this case, I could have just simply shipped my boxes directly with the courier without having to pay Shippingforce for practically doing nothing.

Our bill 439588 was paid twice by mistake. We have called them, written to them and chased them several times since 30/09/2020. And they still have not paid us back!

Stressful, unclear and pressurised 'sales' process
This has been one of the most stressful experiences I have encountered with any business. Shippingforce were very pushy to take my deposit, adding pressure by telling me that if I didn't lock in the price straightaway it would likely increase a lot. After paying the deposit, I heard nothing until 48hrs before when I heard from a partner company 'Baggagehub', and I received a list of things that could *not* be shipped, despite my having discussed exactly what I was shipping initially with Shippingforce... I found out 2 days before collection that 1/3 of when I need to send cannot be shipped (you cannot send anything with lithium batteries, liquids or creams). I feel quite conned, and I should have taken more notice of the overwhelmingly negative reviews before I went with Shippingforce. They also only sent the shipping labels to me at 5.30pm the day before to print out (just as printing shops were closing) and wouldn't give me any smaller window for collection that 8am - 5pm, they also said they couldn't call me when they were on their way, or 30mins before., so I had to sit in ALL day and could not plan anything, or risk being fined, or missing the pickup entirely if I wasn't here. They were the cheapest quote on paper, but I cannot recommend - I guess you get what you pay for (and actually that price is not guaranteed, if they decide to charge more at the depo, there is nothing you can do about it if you want to see your items again!)

I sent my three boxes contains 30kg of house stuff from the USA to Australia in November 2020. Today is the 28th of May 2021 and I still haven't received my boxes. They lost one of them and they told me it can happen and no compensation for the because my insurance covers if they lost half of the shipment. Now they cannot find my other two boxes and keep replying to my email saying they are investigating as if everything is ok. I don't know where my boxes are and they are not willing to pay for them as well. It has been 6 months now and still, waiting .

Seemed too good to be true at first. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, but after noting a few discrepancies in what I was told on the phone compared to the fine print of the shipment I went online to look at reviews (mistake on my part not to have looked initially). I then called to cancel and get my deposit back, but was given the run around and asked to give bank details after they told me they could not refund credit cards. I don't have a great feeling about any of this and highly recommend someone look elsewhere for services.

Booked this company to move things overseas and spoke to a consultant (Liam Martin). Had some troubles with paperwork and while waiting for them to get back to me (they never did) I decided to look at reviews for them. The negative experiences were so bad and so plentiful I cancelled my order. After speaking with 3 different consultants to make this happen, I then received an email from DHL saying someone was coming to collect my boxes the next day.
They also promised a refund on the deposit but never did this and never answered my emails about it.
Avoid this awful company.

terrible experience. I paid to ship some boxes in August 2020 and they lost a suitcase in the process.
instead of being transparent and upfront, they kept telling me they were investigating for months.
I realized they kept me waiting pretending they were looking for it, and now that I am asking for a compensation they are telling me that I missed the deadline to file a complaint and i am entitled to 45gpb while the value was 10x more.

I’ve never done this before but I feel the need to share the excruciating and terrible experience I had.
Moving is already tough enough to do so would not want anyone else to let Shipping Force/Baggage Hub make it so much worse like they did to me.
My shipment left as scheduled from London on the 24th of September to begin with it arrived several days later than the initial scheduled date provided, once the shipment was out for delivery in The Netherlands it went around the delivery truck TWICE without being delivered because of internal negligence and miscommunication on their end.
My biggest concern was that this 2 day go around would put my belongings in danger but when I expressed my preoccupation I was assured this was not the case and everything would be eventually delivered safely.
When the shipment was finally delivered there was a small carry-on suitcase coincidentally containing plenty of valuable personal effects of mine and expensive electronics (camera, iPad, iPhone) that had been “misplaced” obviously this being the more expensive item of my 13 piece shipment I am not surprised it was STOLEN.
To add to this I was offered a very expensive crate (£100) to ship my TV in and since I passed we had to make sure the television was properly protected which it was (double cardboard wrapped and bubble wrap) and guess what!? My TV arrived shattered to pieces and since I refused to pay the crate money and instead packed the TV myself I wasn’t able to claim anything back, this gives you an idea of the treatment they will provide your most loved personal effects.
To top this nightmare off when I raised all of this issues with “customer care” the amount of time taken so far to deal with my claim has been ridiculous not only I have to deal with the fact that they outright lost/stole very personal effects and valuable items of mine but they have been investigating and waiting for the “claims advisor” to come back with a decision since October the 8th almost a month after they lost my suitcase and still no response, all they’ve been good fore is sending me forms and more detailed forms to fill out when I all need is to put this painful chapter behind me.
At one point In this whole process I was so upset that I just asked for a full refund or at least partial refund for the shipping cost for the suitcase lost/stolen and the broken TV and their reply was a resounding NO.
Please take my advice do not hire their services, use my experience as an example of what to expect and believe me you don’t want any part of what I’ve been through.
