While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. ShipScout is a global trade intelligence platform built for Indian exporters, sourcing agents, and trade professionals who are serious about finding real international buyers — not just browsing directories. We help exporters identify verified buyers across 240+ countries using actual shipment-level customs data — who is importing your product, in what volumes, from which suppliers, and at what price points. No guesswork, no generic leads. Just real trade records from real shipments. What makes ShipScout different from every other trade data platform is that it combines three tools into one: a global trade intelligence database, a built-in CRM for managing your buyer outreach, and a contact intelligence engine that finds the right decision-maker at each importing company — their email, phone, and LinkedIn — so you can reach out directly without paying for Apollo or HubSpot separately. Other features our subscribers use daily: Competitor Radar (track exactly which buyers your competitors are winning and losing), Company Intelligence Reports (AI-generated profiles on any importing company), Trending Products (identify which product categories are seeing growing global demand), and Market Intelligence (live trade news and policy updates relevant to your industry). ShipScout is built by a team that understands the real problems Indian exporters face — from finding their first international buyer to scaling into multiple markets. We're a young company, which means we move fast, fix issues quickly, and our support team is reachable by a real human, not a ticket queue.

A little expensive but better choice than others

A little expensive for the credits they give, i was one of the initial person that took their subscription when the company was very small, but the data is good and I am renewing the subscription every year, but now they have became a little bit pricey, but I think it’s because shipscout.ai is better than volza or the dollar business any day. And specially after the India data ban Shipscout has the best coverage of mirror data.
