From getting a quote, to the pickup and delivery, it was a seamless process. Every person who assisted me was professional and pleasant, and extremely helpful. I am very pleased with my experience with ShipSmart!

Last time was my third time I used Ship Smart Inc. We had a great experience every time. They are on time, professional and courteous. I believe they are one of the few moving companies who pick and deliver on time. Highly recommended!

I have never had a poor experience with Ship Smart. The entire staff is efficient and easy to work with. Our customers we set up with them have all been extremely pleased.
I will recommend them over & over to any of our clients that would benefit from their services.

I recently shipped some household goods across the country. I’ve used shippers before but this move was smaller and Ship Smart was recommended. In a rating from 1 to 10 I’d give them a 15 !

In previous moves the packing was haphazard and there was always some damage. Ship Smart’s packaging and handling were top notch - on time, good phone contact, good price and no damage ! A home run.

On a personal note - the shipment was precious cargo. My 36 year old son passed away in New Mexico and his brother and I packed the remnants of his life and shipped them to our home in Virginia - very personal. It was a great relief that all of his precious memories were protected in the move.

I tell you, I couldn’t be happier! I didn’t know where to begin to get my granddaughters things from Canada to Georgia. I was given the name of Ship Smart…and you took it from there. You figured out how to manage a ‘not too large’ shipment…picked it up at a storage unit in Canada and it arrived at my granddaughter’s house… just perfectly! Thank you!

A trusted moving company recommended me to Ship Smart for my moving services from Houston TX to Phoenix AZ. They picked up all of my things from Houston and packed it on 2 pallets according to the weight of each box. They built a crate around the boxes and wrapped it a bunch of times with padding and extra security! We had a 65 in TV and a 50 in TV and about 30 boxes... NOT ONE THING WAS BROKEN OR DAMAGED!!! Me and my wife are soooo impressed with everything. They answered every question as I was super nervous getting my whole life shipped from one state to another... I recommend Ship Smart to anyone I know. 10 out of 10!!!!

Very prompt on schedule. Professional. Expedient. Courteous.

Good news: whatever arrived, arrived undamaged
Bad news: Over one third of the shipment never arrived. They had no explanation.

Customer service representative Trish and Vice President Tim were profusely apologetic and took full responsibility. Tim fully addressed my concerns about the loss of our items and fully compensated me for that loss. I am grateful for the support we received. Thank you Ship Smart, Trish and Tim. You acted in a caring, responsible, authentic manner. So appreciative. With gratitude.

Probably the worst customer service and overall a horrible experience. From consistent delays and lack of communication, to cost and charges consistently changing including me receiving a bill from FedEx Freight which ShipSmart used but only reserved a 15 minute window for them to unload the truck. I wasn't notified that my invoice would be twice what was originally quoted until my stuff was packed and being held at their facilities where they told me I'd have to pay damn near the whole amount to get my stuff back. We originally agreed that the movers would call or FaceTime me to be able to go through my storage unit but that did not happen as they described. I am not pleased with my experience and would not use them again.

Great communication and working to schedule the drop-off and pick-ups. Our furniture was securely packaged and was delivered with care!

I can't say enough good things about Ship Smart. I was handling my father's estate in Connecticut and need to have items shipped to Texas, Virginia and South Carolina. I couldn't find anyone until I found Ship Smart. From my first contact to the last contact everyone was helpful. The whole process was easy and the people were great to deal with. All shipments were delivered in a timely manner and nothing was lost or broken.

Moved from PA to CA last year and had the pleasure of having Ship smart handle my move of 24 plastic containers and a peloton bike. The pick up with smooth and the turnaround time was quick! The Ship Smart representatives were all friendly and professional. Considering this move was across country I found it quite affordable. I will definitely use this company again and I highly encourage anyone moving to as well.

When my mother in law passed away at 104 years, my wife decided to move some family items from California to Colorado including framed pictures, china, silverware and her fathers wooden desk. I called Bekins who I have used in the past. The representative told me the shipment was to small for the big carriers and highly recommended I call Ship Smart and provided me with the phone number. The process was extremely professional from start to delivery today. I will recommend Ship Smart to anyone looking for a small load to an entire home for packing and transportation. I am not accustomed to receiving such great service and Ship Smart has given me hope that there are still some good companies to work with in the US. Thanks Richard and Rosa for your help.

ShipSmart was actually recommended to me by one of the large movers as my shipment was relatively small & I wasn’t in a hurry to receive it. The movers who packed me up, including my grandfather clock, were on time, efficient and kept me informed. Illinois to Florida is a long move & I was concerned about my clock & belongings. When my items arrived I was pleased to see that my clock was beautifully boxed up & arrived in perfect condition. While I did have a small glitch in my delivery, it was easily resolved the same day. Thank you T.C. for your prompt response to my question. ShipSmart kept me informed on both ends and I would recommend them for your shipping needs.

We were referred to ShipSmart to ship two pieces of antique furniture from PA to CA. The time between pick up and delivery of the furniture was about 1 month and the process could not have gone more smoothly. The men who picked up the furniture from our apartment were professional and respectful of the pieces, handling them with care. The packing was incredible with no scratches or damage whatsoever to the pieces. They even made a foam case to house the cabinet key which i didn't realize was inside! I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to ship furniture across the country.

Great service curb-to-curb to move items from Minnesota to California. Several fragile items including paintings, antiques, ceramics. Not a scratch. Well-packaged on the palette. Very pleased with service. Five-stars.
