The ShipStars pricing model is built on transparency and flexibility. Your monthly bill has only 5 line items (Receiving, Storage, Pick & Pack, Packaging, and Postage). Our contract term is month to month with no onboarding or cancellation fees. We want you to be able to understand your bill so that you can focus on what matters most, growing your business. We are able to fulfill many different types of products with our specialty being in high SKU count, small items, parts, jewelry, and apparel. Our origin story has humble beginnings in the role-playing industry, which we've served for the past 16 glorious years. The products are tiny, often look identical, and have hundreds of different SKUs. In order to thrive, we sharpened our picking and packing skills to the edge of perfection. Time and time again our customers praised us for our accuracy, speed, and kindness when handling customer service issues.
