Buyer Beware!!

Horrible company. Does not refund items unless they were incorrect or damaged. Cannot make any return otherwise. If you make a mistake or item doesn't work out, you cannot return it! I understand not returning food but I'm talking about home decor items. You just have to keep it no matter what and if it was expensive, you're simply out of luck. Buyer Beware!!

I’m a Shipt Shopper

I’m a Shipt shopper and have been doing it on and off for 8 years and I’m at the end of my rope with it. Shipt doesn’t care about the shoppers because they do everything in their power to pay us less per order with orders being bundled(when one customer is close to the store but the other is 20 plus miles away), tips being withheld or never coming through immediately, pay and mileage doesn’t add up, some customers will lie and rate you low or say that an item(s) were item is missing when really they got every item and they don’t want to do their job and investigate thoroughly. Whenever you put in a rating forgiveness, it automatically gets denied when all the evidence is on the app. The app glitches like crazy and we always have updates like everyday now which is ridiculous. Some customers will tip bait just so their order can get picked up and delivered. Customer support will lie and say that the metro is slow but in reality, Shipt is holding onto orders for a later time so it can be bundled or will send out orders to random shoppers or new and not place the orders in the Open Metro. If you have preferred members, we don’t get to see them because their orders is getting sent to other shoppers for no reason. Ever since Shipt had partnered with Target, the app/experience as a shopper has been trash because we can’t claim orders a day or days later like we use to back in the day and Shipt wanted to partner with a company to do same day delivery like we work for Target when we don’t!! Also to the customers wondering why your orders are being delayed is because Shipt likes to pair your order with another order as a bundle and the pay/mileage doesn’t make sense to take the order or some of yall are not tipping but don’t mind ordering over $100 plus worth of stuff from the store but yet you want someone else to do your shopping. As a shopper, we can pick and choose on what order we want to accept or not.

Horrible

my delivery was initially picked up on the first round the shopper went to the wrong store and started gathering the wrong things. She sent me a photo thanks goodness. I asked her if she could go to the correct store as it was a mile from the drop off it was a gift and I had it already prepared for her to go she elected to release herself from the delivery then for seven hours I waited for someone to pick this up I finally sent the person I was trying to surprise to get it do not use this service absolutely horrible and customer service cannot help their hands are tied.

So this is not the first rime has shorted me grocery items

So this is not the first time Shipt has shorted me items. Other delivery services have excelled where the have fallen short.

I ordered groceries today from a major grocery store in the area. After putting items away I realized they had shorted me multiple items amounting to significant amount.

I called the store and they made things right and did a fantastic job at customer service by correcting the issue.

So an hour later my wife goes to the freezer and asks where the pot pies were. Yes they also shorted me two more items. All of which were paid for per the receipt.

This is the last time I will use Shipt as I can’t afford to loose the excessive amount of money on products they fail to deliver.

This company employs thieves

This company employs thieves. I paid for items that was never left with my order. My order was also almost 2 hours late, after I paid a fee for a certain delivery time. I have contacted Shipt, they blame the other business. It has NOTHING to do with the other business, because I had purchased them. There was also no contact with the shopper but 1 time when she called me, she claimed her phone wasn't working. I didn't even receive any texts like I normally do! I also received items I didn't pay for. Such a HORRIBLE experience. I use this business quite often, but will not be doing that as much in the future. The lady shopper I had must have needed the items I paid for more than me. She's a THIEF that this company employs. Shipt does NOTHING to help.

DROVE BACK WITH MY ORDER

Wish I could give zero stars I am sick with a sore throat and asked them to get me my medicine at target and they took 2 hours later than usual and then i checked and they turned around?!?!?!!?? And drove back making the excuse “I couldn’t get in” when they can ask for help defiantly won’t ever use them again

Our shopper today was Shelemiah

Our shopper today was Shelemiah. She took the time needed to do a few substitutions, sent pictures of items, which helps me lots ! We live in an RV park, so I send a map to make it less frustrating for shoppers.
She didn't get lost and got here in great time !
She is polite, prompt, and efficient. 5 Star Shopper !

Ordered in the am

Ordered in the am. They kept postponing my delivery time. It’s getting close to the store closing. I called Shopify to make sure they would be able to deliver tonight. They said yes. I belonged to Shipt before and this is why I canceled my membership. I decided to try again. No chamge. When I normally shop online it seems the stores use Shipt without a membership. I tip 20 percent even when the shopper has made some errors. They deliver fast. Now I have a membership and no delivery.

Shipt never on time…usually days late

Why is there not an option to give a zero star review?!? This company literally can’t deliver on time. I have had 95% of my orders from Target delayed and it is one excuse after another. Target is not doing itself any favors by partnering with this company. If you can’t fulfill the orders as promised then for the love of God get out of the business.

Shipt shoppers are lazy

My preferred shopper was unavailable today so Shipt paired me with Angel the shopper and he was extremely lazy. He did not look for my items at target. He decided to cancel my entire order (items out of stock). So I placed a pick up order through the same Target, for the same order and got every single item. Target employees actually look for the items. I do not recommend Angel as a shopper and truly hopes he get reprimanded for doing a terrible job. Why be a Shipt shopper if you don’t look for items?

Total let down, grinch!

I placed an order at 9am when Target for delivery of 11am. The delivery time got pushed back each hour until store closed. These were Christmas presents and food for Christmas. This was the 2nd time, 2 days in a row. Disappointing that it took 10 hours only to be told they can't complete the order and it is too late to go somewhere else.

GIVE US PROPER UPDATES!

Most of the time I don't have an issue when I order, especially since they added the tracking while in store. My issue is when it does get delayed you get no reasoning. I'm sitting here waiting on my order that has been delayed twice and I have no idea why. Like seriously would it be hard to send a note that says something like delayed due to weather, delayed due to high demand, delayed due to no drivers in the area, etc.

It is the not knowing while you sit around twiddling your thumbs that irks me to no end!

Unhappy 🙁 customer

I used shipt many times and had no problems. Today, I had an order come and one of my items was broken. I called customer service and they let me know that they could not replace the item because they don't do that. They said they could credit my account or credit shipt themselves. I did choose to credit my account! However, I needed the item now and it would take 7-10 days for it to credit my account! I am ending my relationship with them!

Get a Clue, Meijer…Stop using Shipt!

One of these days, perhaps Meijer will recognize that its partnership with Shipt is negatively impacting its reputation due to consistently poor shopping and delivery experiences. My delivery window was changed three times today, originally scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Each hour, the delivery was pushed back another hour and ultimately rescheduled for 8:00–9:00 a.m. tomorrow. We’ll see how that goes.

After this experience, I will be returning to Kroger. Their use of refrigerated trucks, in-house staff, and reliable delivery service has consistently met expectations. They are always on time and issues are minimal—such as occasionally smashed bread, which is manageable. What I cannot tolerate is a lack of reliability.

I wanted the delivery to be between 4-5. I got a notice at 2:00 they were getting my order. I told them it was too soon, I wasn’t home and I don’t want the food sitting around unrefrigerated for that long. She said she’d cancel it. I said no, I still want the order. She said ok. Then, 3:30 I got a message the order was canceled. I called Shipt and they said, the order was canceled (I knew this!). Then they told me to go back and reorder everything! That’s crazy, now it’d be at my house later than I want it!! I asked for a supervisor, they said please wait no longer than three minutes. Over 15 minutes later he got back on the line to say they’d give me a $10 refund. Refund, on shipt, how would I use that?? I was in the phone with them 45 minutes. Crazy.

Shipt Puts a Hold On Your Money! Don’t Do It.

I ordered a delivery order through Meijer yesterday. Still have not received my order. It went from being delivered yesterday from 1-2, to them rescheduling it by the hour. I finally called when it got rescheduled for 9-10 pm. Rescheduled it for following day between 8-9 am, still got rescheduled 😡. No reason it couldn’t get delivered this morning. I will never order through them again. Oh btw, they put a hold on your money, and can take days to get it back. This was absolutely not worth it. Go with Kroger instead! I never had an issue getting my orders, and they don’t put a hold on your money either. Rating for Meijer and Shipt is an F.

No no hello no I placed a order for…

No no hell no I placed a order for Target and I promise you these people is slow as heck my order was placed at 1:47am to be delivered at 8-10 my order has been changed 3 times and it would have been 4 times if I didn't cancel slow unprofessional shoppers dump ass platform.... Use doordash or Uber eats for delivery because you'll be waiting til the next day or later in the week before your order is really delivered. Period Pooh
