Great experience and delivered package earlier than expected

I have received weekly deliveries from VEHO for about 6 months. They do a great job of notifying me about anticipated time frames and following up with a notice when the driver is about to arrive; placing the delivery carefully; sending a picture and notice when the package has been delivered; and following up afterward asking how they did. Couldn’t get any better than that! 😊

Delivery was very prompt and package received on back porch. Perfect!

Until now, I had never heard of Veho delivery service. A text about my delivery, that it was the next delivery was nice to know. It came in a timely manner. It was placed at the front of my porch. If I have any other deliveries from Veho, I would like it to be placed closer to the door, for safety reasons. I’ve had no problems with their service. So far so good ….Thank you you.

Just about all of my orders have arrived without incident and on time, except one due to poor weather conditions, safety first. I appreciate the the delivery pictures, but I didn't recognize the last delivery because I looked at the picture sideways. That was my fault.

Deliveries are usually done on time and package is normally in pristine condition. Customer service representatives are quick to respond and very helpful when able to assist and friendly!

Package came early and I got a friendly text from the delivery person, letting me know that my package was delivered. I also saw on my Ring camera that they handled my package with care and were very respectful of my property. Plus it was Easter! I wasn’t expecting delivery on a holiday, but it came a few days early, which was appreciated.

Veho has been great! They keep me informed on all of my delivers and where they are in the schedule. I get a picture of my delivery as soon as they drop it off, and they are one of the only companies that consistently come down my driveway and leave my package on my porch! Love them!

Great delivery, put inside my gated yard safely

Was waiting on a delivery from Everlane to daughter's birthday present to her work location (lives at same location). Received a text saying package was delivered, but the picture showed package was still sitting in front seat of vehicle. Map from text showed last location as N 18th St instead of S 18th St. Could read address label from picture and it was addressed to correct location. I sent VEHO customer service the photo and explained it has not been delivered. VEHO declared package lost. Have to go back to EVERLANE to work thru replacement process.

I have problems at all with deliveries.
I receive a text message when I'm the next stop, then receive a picture of the package where it was placed on my porch.
