My experience with ShipWit Global was outstanding. I needed to transport my car for a job relocation, and they handled everything professionally. The driver stayed in touch, gave updates, and delivered my vehicle exactly when promised. No damage, no delays, no surprises. I really appreciated their honesty and how smoothly the whole process went. I’ll definitely use them again.

We are a small car dealer and use shipping companies all the time. I have personally only been calling ShipWit for months because they do the best job. Period. Prices are good too.

I signed an agreement to have my van picked up in Ohio and delivered to Kentucky. I made sure they knew that the van HAD TO BE picked up before Friday 10-17 at 3:00pm because the building and parking lot was sold. I did not know there was a problem until very late Saturday 10-18 after the pick up date. I did get the van picked up Monday 10-20 but after 3;00 o'clock I was informed that I would have to pay the delivery driver an extra $400.00 or my van would be left on the street where it was picked up

Fantastic experience from start to finish. ShipWit Global kept me informed throughout the process, offered a fair price, and delivered my vehicle safely. Reliable and transparent service — I’ll definitely use them again.

I am leaving this review not as a disgruntled customer, but as someone who feels manipulated, misled, and swindled by Shipwit. My experience with one of their representatives, Edward, was extremely disappointing and has left me with zero confidence in this company.

At first, Edward was very responsive and seemed professional. He provided me with different carrier options and convinced me to move forward with Shipwit. However, what he failed to disclose was that these carriers had not agreed to the rates he presented. He also told me I had to pay a $300 deposit upfront and then pay the balance directly to the carrier. This turned out to be completely false.

Once my deposit was paid, Edward became difficult to reach, and the information he had given me earlier proved to be deceptive and inaccurate. His approach was manipulative, and it is clear to me now that this company does not operate with honesty or transparency.

This review is not about frustration—it is about calling out bad business practices. Shipwit, and specifically Edward as their representative, engaged in behavior that I consider dishonest and deceitful. While I expect they may try to explain or defend themselves after this review, it does not change the facts: this company failed to act with professionalism and integrity.

If you are considering Shipwit, I strongly advise you to proceed with extreme caution. In my experience, you risk being blindsided, losing money, and being left deeply disappointed. This is not a company I can recommend.

Paid a deposit but when I tried to cancel the order and requested a refund, I got a big run around and they never returned my deposit..

On August 1, 2025, I contacted Shipwit to arrange the transportation of two vehicles from California to Texas. One vehicle was a 1969 Ford pickup that was not operational, and the other was a 2010 Chevy Car that was drivable. I was quoted $2080 for the shipment of both vehicles and assured there would be no issues with a pick-up on August 11, 2025. However, on August 11, 2025, no vehicles were picked up. I received a call stating that the load needed to be split into two separate shipments, each costing $1800, which was a significant increase from the original quote. No satisfactory explanation was provided for the price change. Additionally, the vehicles were not picked up in a timely manner, causing me to extend my stay by three days, change my flights, and find a last-minute driver to ship the vehicles. Throughout this ordeal, I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back within a specific time frame, but I never received any follow-up communication. The lack of transparency, failure to honor the original quote, and poor customer service have been extremely disappointing

This service is a 0 out of 5 stars. Beware of this company!!! I had a terrible experience with ShipWit. My vehicle is a 2015 Toyota Avalon. After agreeing to a price, they suddenly demanded an extra $200. When I refused, the driver threatened to charge me $50 for every hour of delay. This is not just unprofessional—it’s coercive and feels fraudulent. I never authorized these additional charges, and they’re using intimidation tactics to force payment. The driver drove off with my car and won't deliver it. I strongly urge others to avoid this company and report any similar behavior to the BBB and consumer protection agencies. I hope this company views my review because I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY CAR TO BE DELIVERED. It looks like this will be a court case. The company told me and the driver completely different prices. I will not tolerate being threatened or manipulated. So, I hope others sees this to not go through the experience that I have went through.

Company rep makes promises to have your car transported on a specified date gives you a price and take your deposit about $200 by CC. The date comes and goes and your car isnt picked up and since it was weekend they dont answer. On Monday they say they dont have a transport for the price quoted - they dont tell you they are only a broker put out and price, if no actual transporter takes it. It wont be picked up. Then they try to raise the price. Way higher then original and claim they have someone ready but of course there isnt. Still fighting a charge back by these scammers.
