I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased, IT IS ALL SO BAD. I placed the order on-line not realising it was coming from china, it is all advertised £, as many have said the quality, style, fit and even the colour of the clothes were just awful, I wanted to send all of it back, they ended up giving me an invalid address, so it cost £22 to send back and after 5 months, its just been returned back to me in the UK!
I have sent them so many messages and they dont even respond now. Absolutely disgusting service. Wish there was more I could do to spread the word to stop others doing the same. Avoid at all cost!

The only way to write a review here is to give them one star or you can’t proceed they should have no stars no garment received no answer to emails no way of getting your money back do not buy from these people

Waited 3 months - lots of e mails etc and when it arrived it was awful - horrid - I vow not to buy clothes from China !!! Never again . Please don’t buy !!!!

Worst kind of business ethic possible.. They photograph and advertise attractive, quality garments which are obviously one offs.. The item you will eventually recieve will be a cheap, shoddy, vaguely similar item, but no comparison to the original item that you ordered in good faith... The order will take months to arrive and you won't be able to return except by a convoluted process that means you have to send it back to China.. If you can actually get a return address lable from them, and I have sent numerous emails in the attempt... This is obviously a further ploy to deter people from seeking refunds... Terrible company, should be investigated by UK Trading Standards, as they have a base in UK, but no means of communication at the UK site... DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

Waited months for the multicoloured cardigan to arrive, was so massively disappointed with the item. It was nothing like the one advertised, HIDEOUS colours, CHEAP acrylic material .
Disgusted with everything, the price, the poor quality, the company’s very slow service. I’ll not even bother trying to get a refund as it says you have to pay the return costs and I doubt they’ll refund anyway.
Lesson learnt....NEVER EVER BUY FROM FACEBOOK ADVERTISERS! THEY’RE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Please do not buy from this company. The products I received were nothing like Shirela show on their website. They ignored my emails requesting return and refund information, eventually offered me 15% refund or I would need to pay shipping and customs to return items to China. Made a complaint through PayPal and won my case getting a full refund

This 'company' is dreadful. The cardigan I received after months of waiting is disgusting, horrible quality, terrible colours, nothing like the description/photo. I have been offered 15% refund or return and incur postage and possible customs tax!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Received a cardigan after 2month wait, it wasn’t worth a £5 I paid £28 for this item it was overpressed and the colours were not the same as the photo, and made from cheap wool. Never again

Awful products - nothing like the photos on their site. Have asked to return and am still waiting for an email reply 5 days later.....looks like I've just lost my money and bought the most awful clothing ever.....AVOID!!!!!

After waiting for three weeks, and chasing the items I received one item of clothing. Are inferior quality and nothing like the picture. The item did not fit and I have to return it and pay for this. I have asked to cancel the outstanding item and I would never order from this company again. Save yourself a lot of grief, dont order from them.

I ordered a top from the website which looked like good quality Jersey material. When it came it was cheap printed shiny cloth. Not impressed. I did message them on Facebook but received no response.

Waited over a month for my cardigan. When it finally came it did not match the image on the website. Very poor quality.

Please do not order from this company. The goods are nothing like the online image and also arrive damaged.
Customer service is non existent. They refuse to refund postage charge to return damaged goods even though they have already charged £6 for delivery of order. I wish I had read the scam website review about this company before I was fooled. Should not be allowed to advertise as they contravene all online selling laws. Company is a disgrace to genuine chinese sellers and damages their reputation abroad. Please beware.
