Great Product.... Great Support.

I am a Shirt Pocket SuperDuper user (Paid version) since October 2015.
I have never had to use support in the past because it is such a wonderful easy to use program.
Today however I had a query, nothing serious, so I sent a support ticket and within minutes a response was received back with a solution.
I want to say a huge thank you (Thank you Dave Nanian) for responding so quickly, I did not expect a response for at least a couple of days.
It is assuring to know that after all these years Support actually works!
My experience with Shirt Pocket and SuperDuper has been flawless over the years.
My comment to people considering buying their products is do so with confidence.
It is so refreshing to know we are dealing with a professional organisation that has your back.
