I first happened upon the "Shirtcanada" website on December 16th and browsed the designs. I checked the contact info, and seeing it was a Quebec address and it stated product shipped from Canada, I eventually placed an order on January 1st. I ordered what I thought were two unique designs, and from the website, the colours and detail were great.

I then received an email stating the order had been processed, and then shipped, but the tracking number was for China Post! After waiting 3 1/2 weeks for the items to arrive, it confirmed my fears of a scam - one shirt was supposed to be two-sided printing (nothing was printed on the back), and both shirt designs looked like they had been pirated from another website and printed - text and images were fuzzy, poor quality, and colours were faded.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to hopefully recoup my money...frustrating!

This is fraudulent website fooling people with a Canadian domain. Apparently the orders are being processed in China with 0 communication from the seller's side. I have involved paypal to get my money back as its been over 3 weeks with no update on my order. don't buy and stay away from them

I ordered a sweatshirt in Nov thinking it would be here for Christmas. Well it showed up yesterday. After reading the reviews I was so worried it was going to be a piece of garbage. To my surprise it's not. It's a Gildan sweatshirt good quality and the print on it is exactly what I ordered and looks good. I wouldn't order from them again, as your emails go unanswered, the phone number doesn't work and it's clearly misleading with the Canadian address, but I got lucky this time.

Same negative experience as others. Chose the company because it was supposed to be Canadian and listed a Quebec St. address. Not until I confirmed order did I discover that it was not going to ship from Canada. Order placed December 20 and just received it on January 21. Graphic was blurred and altho the tag says "Large" there is no way it is. Tried to go to the site to complain but it is down, citing "maintenance". I see I am not alone and encourage all to contact Paypal to get them to post a warning or to delist the company.

Identical experience to everyone else - I fell for the Canada claim, and the quick shipping claim. The shirt was late, small, cheap, the wrong colour and badly printed. No answer to weekly emails. This is theft.

Complete junk. Dont ever purchase anythinh from this company. Cheap thin material and short wide look. Ive been emailing for a refund and these creeps wont reply at all. Disgusting they should be out of business false advertising

Shirts are decent quality, but prints are very bad. They are pale and cannot make out the characters. Tried contacting them through email and phone for a reprint but they never replied back. Seems that they outsource this to a China based print house, so reprints/responses are out of the question. Shipping also takes a long time from China.

I wish I had found these reviews before ordering.

The seller's website lists location within Canada and items ship in approx a business week. After ordering, I received tracking from China and that it will be weeks for delivery!

I had no choice but to accept that with frustration, but when the item arrived, the quality was simply unacceptable and not alike what the website depicts.

A claim through PayPal required me to send the shirt back to China which would cost more than the entire order, so I'm out the money and have a new rag for painting.

Read all the other comments, that's exactly what i experienced as well. Ordered, took a long time to receive. When i did get it, it had the wrong graphic on it. Sent email immediately to the provided one and haven't received a reply yet it's been 4 days. I didn't get a bounce back email saying it was invalid so i assume it ended up in someone's inbox. The phone number not an assigned cell number so that's useless. Sent a message through the website contact us page so i'll see if i get a response that way. I will be opening a dispute with PayPal on this as well.

I would have also rated this as zero if I could. I received my shirts which were crap - they were supposed to be imagines on them and there were none. A complete waste of money (and while I am trying to get a refund from Paypal, it looks like one has to jump through hoops to get that done).

DO NOT PURCHASE - Scam website. Is not based in Canada or any other country other than China. Ordered in November - received in early January - actually surprised I received something. Shirts are quality Gildan Ts - print is absolutely awful. Screening is as if printed from faded bitmap image.

They use the word Canada but it is very misleading. They are shipping items from China. I never got what i paid for. I received something else completely. Useless cheap item. And now they will not answer any of my emails. Basically theft. DO NOT ORDER from this site.

Do not purchase from this site. Deserves zero stars. I had the same experience as the other reviewers. Purchased under the impression that the retailer was in Quebec and received a shipping confirmation from China. My inquiries have gone unanswered. Order still not received and quite frankly I probably dont want it. Will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. Maybe they will have better luck getting a response from the retailer.

Stay away!!! Shirts come with images smaller than advertised on website... extremely poor quality colors. Website states they will give a refund for poor quality product. Asked for a refund and no response. Shocking!!

Website says it is in Canada, based out of Quebec. Got shipping confirmation from China. When I emailed to ask why the discrepancy in location, they just responded with a tracking number. Still haven't received my order.

The Canadian address provided on website does not exist.
The Canadian phone provided does not exist either.
They sent me a tracking number from China, which does not exist.
