What a joke. I ordered a Perrier brand sweatshirt and I normally wear a 3XL but wanted it baggy so I ordered a 4XL and paid the FedEx shipping charge hoping it would get here quickly. Took 19 days to arrive because it comes from Hong Kong and when I tried it on I could barely get arms in it and didn’t even come down to my belt line! Label read 4XL. Never Never Never again!

If I could I would give it NO stars at all!!!! I will use nice words here, but do yourself a favour and DO NOT use them!!!! I am waiting 5 months and over 100 emails now for a bag with express delivery and all they can do is say they will re send they will re send!!!!! You will lose your money. This is a pathetic business!!!!!!! Please do not use it!!!! Stay away!!!!!!

Ordered a bag which arrived a couple of weeks later. The quality is terrible. The bag is cheap material and the zips broke within 2 days. Still trying to get a refund. Do not use!!!

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered a Loungefly bag as a gift in November. When it arrived it was clearly a fake. I emailed and asked for a refund, they apologised said I would have to send it back and pay for that myself - which would be almost the cost of the bag. They then said they would send me out the real bag I’d ordered. Since then (5 months) I have emailed about 10 times asking for my money back as I still have yet to receive the bag each time they say they are waiting for a reply from their warehouse. In the last email they simply forwarded me their previous reply with no other comment. It is the worst customer service I have ever received. Avoid like the plague.

got my loungefly lilo and stitch bag from them at a discounted price and it came in one week! i was skeptical at first because of the reviews, but when i got the bag and saw it, it was perfect! the shipping was fast and the prices were cheap!! i would order from them again! ordered may 8 and received it today may 16!

SCAMMER ALERT!!! I ordered 2 weeks ago never received a tracking number or the product. I asked for a refund and am being told they can’t issue a refund so where’s my merchandise 😡

UPDATE!!! I finally received my order took long enough and they need to do better at giving updates

Two weeks and still no delivery.

ORDERED A HOODIE WITH EXPRESS DELIVERY (they promise on the website that takes 3 business days) AND IT ARRIVED AFTER TWO WEEKS AND A HALF, didn't even opened since it was for a birthday gift (that was obviously over) and now I'm trying to email/call but they are not providing any return method, keep emailing that I've to wait for no reason (from the UK).

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I bought 4 Loungefly Disney backpacks, and it came, all 4 backpacks in a small plastic bag, all squeezed, very squeezed and very crumpled due to being squeezed inside the bag without at least one protection. This type of merchandise must be sent inside a cardboard box and protected. I will never buy from this website/ store again. Very disappointed with all my bags crumpled

They dont Care.
I bought a shirt. They sent me The wrong size.
I wanted to get The right size but I had to pay The same amount as The shirt to return - they did not cover cost eventhough they made a mistake. I still have The shirt, they keep saying they sent The right size. I sent pictures of measurement and all.
I feel so wrongly treated - most dishonest company I have ever bought from.
So sad.

Was dubious as I ordered then saw the reviews. Was delivered fine to the UK. Could have been better packaged but really good value

Whatever you do please save yourself a lot of trouble and do not order from this company. They will ship you a product that sort of resembles what you ordered but it will not be of good quality. The workmanship is inferior and the material used is a very poor quality. Been dealing with customer support for going on 2 months not a good experience. All I wanted to do was follow their return policy which is posted online and then they told me it would cost too much money to return the item 🤬 then they just stopped taking my calls and responding to my emails. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charge. Their product is crap!

UPDATED:Customer service looked into this, contacted their warehouse and had the right size hoodie sent to me.

1) Sizes are very small. I wish I’d known to order a much bigger size.
2) I tried to exchange it but was sent the same size back. The customer pays to return the item.
3) The quality of the hoodie was not an issue.
4) Delivery takes much longer than indicated.

Company advertises delivery in 3 - 5 working days. Unlikely as what they don't tell you is they're in China. They took almost 3 weeks to even despatch it, despite emails saying it was on its way.
Order placed the end of November item finally arrived after Christmas which was no use

It seems I'm lucky to actually have received anything but they blatantly lie about delivery

Avoid avoid avoid

First and foremost, THEY DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. Their website says they do, but they don't. I made a mistake and ordered a hoodie way too small for me assuming it would fit (warning, the sizes are Asian sizes, so a large is more like a small). It arrived very quickly after it was posted though it took way longer to post than they say on the website. Of course, it didn't fit, so I started an exchange process for a larger size. 2 months after my initial order and £14 in postage on top of the already £30 hoodie, the exchange came. In the exact same size as the initial hoodie. I email again to say that they got it wrong, that the new hoodie is the exact same size, and they tell me that if I want to exchange the EXCHANGE, I'd have to pay postage again. Zero guarantee they'll even get it correct on the second exchange. Don't bother.

The website doesn’t tell you it is based in Hong Kong. For days have been e mailing and all I get are stalling techniques. They sent me a link for tracking the order. It is all in Chinese. I’m trying to cancel the order now.

Item is brilliant, great fit and the quality isn't bad.

Still breaking UK sales laws, still selling shoddy damaged items and refusing returns and refunds, HUGE SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
14 emails in and their still refusing to carryout what they say on their own website !!
Update: 7 months on and still not responding to my requests, still failing to follow there own returns policy, still sending automated responses!! If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, THEIR APPALLING **

SCAM STAY AWAY. Unfortunately you can't put 0 stars. Been chasing my order for 5 days now even though i paid £15 for express delivery 1-3 days. They keep lying saying it will be delivered early this week i had thay reaponse on Thursday and again on Saturday so how can that be true. Honestly your just throwing your money away with this company theu advertise they have 5star reviews i wish i went on here first

Horrible staye 1/2 days processing. This ok more like 8 days to ship. Wonmake holiday delivery. Contact then
You get a broken English reply with a million stupid questions n. They tell you it shipped. When you ask carrier- they havw to chk and asvise. Then how did they know it shipped. Avoid this cheap unprofessional company at all. Stay away!!!!
