It’s been over a week since I have ordered my product. Paid considersable fee for delivery and as of yet not received. No communication or update to see when I’ll receive it and they have audacity to ask for review.
Placed order on 2nd Dec. Week later no confirmation of order or update. Not happy.

We received your order on Friday 2nd December 2022 at 9:23pm. An automated email confirming your order was sent shortly after. As per our shipping policy, your order was processed within 2 working days on 5th December 2022 and dispatched from our overseas warehouse the same day. However, we did not receive tracking details until 9th December 2022. You sent an email requesting an update on 9th December 2022 at 8:13pm. A few hours later you left this review, without allowing us to respond to your email.
Please note our working times are 9am - 5pm Monday to Saturday. If we receive an email after we are closed, we respond to it the next working day. We responded to your email the following morning and provided you with tracking details and referred to the delivery timescale mentioned within our shipping policy. You received your order today on 16th December 2022, well within the given timescales.

I am not one to usually leave reviews, so the fact I'm taking time out to do so speaks volumes itself. I have been to many shisha lounges in the UK and I can honestly say Shish-a-Way's shishas are better. Cleaner smoke, last longer and good flavour. Good polite lads too. Hands down the best shisha rental service around.
I also have my own shisha pipe and purchase all of my accessories directly from Shish-a-Way.
