Take care. At least in Spain when you do a crypto sell and try to get the money they will requiere an ID, if you refuse they will Just keep your crypto instead of sending it back to you.

do not use those ATM's , they block transactions and ask you for verification even for amount under 900 euro.

Good service
Good service over all. Made a mistake trying to deposit to a lightning network address, but it's not made for that. I ended up timing out before getting a new QR code for a non-lightning network payment. However, the issue was resolved in the time frame they said they would resolve it when I contacted them. Overall friendly service and good experience. If you are having an issue with them, I recommend patience, my experience says they will really try to resolve your issue.

Scam don't do it!
Buyer/Seller BEWARE.
They are scammers, traveled 400+ km to use their sh!tty 'services'. Sent €170,- couldn't withdraw a penny. Also they claim to have a customer support which is absolutely bull'sh!t' they don't answer the phone (off).
- No customer service 9-21 as they claim
- No WhatsApp (off)
- Phone is turned off
- They don't respond to their emails
- False advertising
- After you've sent crypto to the deposit adres you can't withdraw your money. Total scam.
Don't use their 'service', you will get ripped.
Refund my money asap, otherwise I will take legal actions against 'Sh!tcoins'.

machine error
I put 2000 euro in the machine, my wallet addresses aren't recognized because of the machine, I can't get my money back from the atm and now they say they have to check the machine in the hope I get my money back, I hope this gets resolved ASAP
EDIT: because of the weekend it took a little longer than normal, but on Monday (it happend Saturday afternoon) I got my Litecoin soon after a third party checked the ATM machine. Customer service is a bit harsh if you are in a country and you don't talk the language very good. But they handled it very professionally.
From the 10+ times I used the machine this error only happend once, tip scan or type in your wallet adres before putting money in the machine

This is a review for the Romanian side of things, The system is easy to use in and intuitive but if you have a problem you have to expect: nobody will answer to your emails I have sent five !
And when you call, the person that answer the call is very bad at handling any issue and his attitude is like the name shitcoin.
I will never use and never recommend shitcoins.club
