Terrible Company - Created Force Multiplier Garbage Software - BBB Complaint Filed

Terrible Company with Derek Pierce as the owner. Created the Force Multiplier software which is Clunky for SEO doesn't work and they said they would update it within the refund period, which they never did to make it work correctly and be more design friendly.

Derek Pierce refused to refund even when I told him what he promised was not delivered. Need a full refund. Derek Pierce Product owner and many emails exchanged with no success. Product dead after not even a year. No support or updates. login down and found out I was blocked for years later when I filed a Better Business Bureau Complaint. Still refused BBB requests and when I asked for refund back in 2016 never gave it to me. Need full refund of $697.

I would stay away from Derek Pierce and any of his companies, including Think Tank Lab, Rank Gold, Search Stacks and Force Multiplier so you don't get ripped off!
