I have had mixed experiences with this. i have encountered lots of shopping online for shoes that have not been great, but this one was absolutely bad. However when i went into store it was a glorious experience.

I wish I could give the Shoe Carnival, Panama City, FL a "0". They had the worst customer service ever. My brand new sandles came a part . I only wanted to exchange the sandles. The rude sister service girls thought I wanted money back
After such a horrible experience and the manager on the phone Told them to exchange them they did. I did get the new pair. The new pair of shoes begin to come apart at the seams. They lasted maybe another week. The shoes finally became all the way unglued.. I am not sure of the purchase date exactly. I think it was around mothers day week.

They demanded my e mail at checkout. I told her no, and she said they couldn’t check me out without one. I thought this strange, but reluctantly gave it. They immediately sold or traded or gave away, ALL my personal information and I was flooded the next day, and everyday since, with spam e mails and spam calls. I called corporate and they didn’t deny selling my personal information.

I placed an order las week they charged me twice then the status never changed on the site i tried chatting on the site with an agent i kept closing the chat when i finally got connected they first could not find the order then they said there was an error and the order did not process ( but charged me twice) and then without consulting or contacting me the canceled the order but without returning the money really bad service and the platform is really bad

Do NOT purchase reputable brand shoes from any shoe carnival. They don't honor any manufacturers warranty defect even though companies like Nike says on nike's website that you can take them to the store you bought them from for the replacement warranty.

Order took more than 2 weeks to arrive
Ordered a pair of dress shoes to wear to an event. Would have been perfect for the outfit. However, 2 weeks later they still had not arrived. Tracking just kept saying shipping delay. Contacted their customer service. Not helpful at all. Said they would re-ship if I would like (haha so I could wait another 2 weeks I suppose) but if the originals showed up I would need to return them (cost of shipping them back on me). Ridiculous.
Great Store!
My experience with Shoe Carnival has been great. I've shopped in stores and online for almost a decade. My last purchase was a few weeks ago. The sizes are true for my feet. I love the styles and choices. On occasion I've returned items only because my calves are thick and I should have ordered wide.

I ordered what I thought would be a brand new pair of Nike Air Max’s but not the fact. When I received my order the first thing I noticed was a round green sticker on the back that said “ASK FOR MATE”. I was thinking “I know they didn’t send me the display shoes that people have tried on and walked in!” THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID! I opened the box and there was the right shoe, completely stretched out and laces undone as it was tried on and the left shoe was normal and wasn’t tried on. I flipped over the untouched left shoe and it was in perfect condition and sparkling white. The right shoe….brown from dirt as it was definitely worn and walked in! I immediately called the store because I was starting to think they chose to give me this pair because they were sold out….NOPE!!! As the woman said “I checked our inventory and we have tons in stock!” SHOE CARNIVAL IS COMPLETE TRASH AND DISGUSTING! HOW ARE THEY STILL ABLE TO OPERATE AND HAVEN’T BEEN SHUT DOWN?!?!?! 🤬😤 I wouldn’t even buy shoes from here to give to the less fortunate. They deserve more than what this company sells. Lastly, “SHOE CARNIVAL” doesn’t even deserve the one star that I was made to select. I will let EVERYONE I know and even those I don’t NOT to buy anything from this place. This place should partner with Goodwill or Salvation Army since they sell used items and are HONEST about it.

I bought the shoes one month ago for someone, he barely wore them and the whole sole came off, I called the company and they did not help me at all, we asked for the manufacturers phone number and they claimed that they don't have one. My overall experience was bad, the show was expensive this stuff should not be happening.

Do Not buy any products from the humble store! Terrible customer service and the manager was very rude on trying to return the shoes I bought. Stated I damaged the shoe for the reason for hurting my feet and would not give me my money back or exchange them for a different brand!
WM Nike Waffle Sneaker Beige/Gold
I recently bought myself my 1st pair of Nike’s as an adult. I was a very loyal New Balance customer for over 25+ years but Nike won me over with the Beige/Gold, Nike Women’s Waffle Debut ESS Sneakers. They have very good arch support. The Regular is actually wider than I expected. The insole and shoe itself is very comfortable to wear and walk in.
* The only thing you need to know is to size up 1/2 a size. They do run a little small. I sized mine up and they fit perfectly.

I ordered 2 pr shoes on line. My order didn't go thru I tried again. It didn't go thru. I called customer service to make sure I was not charged. I was not charged for either order. Customer service agent Rolhni did a great job helping me with my failed order. The shoes I selected were not available. I thanked her and said I will go back to the site to find more shoes. She did all I could ask for to help me. I will recommend shoe carnival to my family and friends. Thank you Rolhni

Ordered shoes, january 24th, today is February 7th, still waiting, gave me a delivery date, than it changed again, suppose to be here the 9th, talked to customer service, I wanted to know if I could have some of the money taken off the shoes, she kept going on about did I want a refund, I stated no, she tried to get a hold of her boss, stated she would email,me back with in 72 hours, still waiting, I will never order from shoe carnival again !

Should be a big zero. I was at the Bloomingdale store and was assaulted by a employee. He called me to settle things outside as we exchanged words he pushed me. A police report was made and they have surveillance cameras and footage. I was gonna forget about this until the police said that the manager doesn't want us to come back to the store. How dare them. This review and a complaint with corporate will be done.

I ordered on 11/26 and the FedEx label was created the next day yet FedEx still hasn't received the package as of 12/2. The delivery time is horrible! I called customer service on 12/2 and was told the time is within the delivery window so nothing they could do. It's been a week and I can't track my order. Maybe it hasn't shipped, maybe it did, I don't know so I'm crossing my fingers and hoping for the best.
As of December 5th, no boots and fedex website still only say label created with no movement. Shoe Carnival refuses to reimburse and keeps pushing out the number of days before they can help. I was told my issue would be escalated and I would get a call within 48 hours.
Dec 7th, never received phone call so I called back. They had no record the issue was escalated so I have to start the process over. I JUST WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED🤬
DEC 8TH, finally received an email that they issued PARTIAL refund . They penalized ME because their failure. No one ever explained why I didn't get a full refund....The shoe was never shipped freight or restock fee wouldn't apply😡

Never ever will I order anything from shoe carnival, take to long for delivery and when my order came it was the wrong shoe size, called CS to complain and those folks don’t care, they want me to correct a problem they created, I was told to take shoe to a store for an exchange or refund!

Should be 0. Placed order & got message that payment info was incorrect. Checked and tried again. Reentered 5 times & got same message. Immediately checked with Visa who said card was active & OK and that 5 payments had been charged. Contacted merchant via damnable "chat" with 48 minute wait. After advising them, got a response back so quickly that it must be one of their standard cut and paste answers as the best typist I've ever known couldn't type that fast. Their response, which was plain BS gobbledygook was, "Not our fault or problem, call your financial institution". Suspect this may be one of their business techniques. Wish I'd checked here first.
