I like shopping at Shoe Carnival but…

I like shopping at Shoe Carnival but today when we went the shoes were marked down but we also had an online coupon for $5 off all Vans well when we tried to redeem that they say the $5 off was already included in the sale price so they would not let us use it so they lost part of a sale because of that. We were going to buy 2 pair but only ended up with one because of this. # usually ahappycustomerbutnot2day.

Something not right with their process

Bought some adidas lites online. Delivery on time but shoes used. Someone’s name was written on the insoles in silver pen. Lightest of wear externally. Customer service handled it well with the refund but I now have the hassle of repackaging and taking them somewhere to return them. Check your returned shoes before passing them on as new to other clients! They’ve lost a potential future customer:(

I rate shoe carnival below than zero

I rate shoe carnival below than zero. I ordered 1 pair of shoes on May 19th and contacted customer service told them that I needed my item before the 28th because I was going on vacation and they said I should receive them on the 28th the day that I’m gone. Checked on my fedex app they stalled in NC for 3 days before heading out again and now FedEx is in MS making a giant triangle to get to its freaking destination Tennesse. If you pay the shipping services when you make your order at shoe carnival yes, you get your order fast. But if you don’t want to pay the extra cost they give you fedex smart post which means you won’t know when you’ll get your package, Fedex will hold it until it’s about 4-5 days before they even start to actually travel with your package to your destination. Way to go Shoe Carnival your shoes are pricey enough to even cover for free shipping for everyone. Your customer services is absolutely ridiculous. I’m done with Shoe Carnival. But not with the reviews they will continue hearing it from me till everyone knows how bad your services are. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Definitely not a good place ordered but…

Definitely not a good place ordered but one get one free online shoes for my daughter. One pair fit fine the other too small. Took the too small pair back to store they didn’t carry the shoe had to choose a different one. For The returned shoes I was charged 39.99 second should’ve been free bogo! Well definitely a lie what they did was take the higher priced shoe and cut that price into two prices and place those prices on my receipt. So when I made the return for a lesser prices shoe I a charged $7.00 more. So definitely false advertisement! I tried to reach out to customer service they were absolutely terrible don’t even waste your time they told me they couldn’t help at all they didn’t have access to my purchase she then placed me on hold to look at my purchase she didn’t have access to. She got back on after about five minutes to check off I was still there tow which she placed me back on hold to continue “checking my purchase” as he didn’t have access to and I waited about another 15 minutes until I finally hung up. Worthless!!!!! I tried to reach out to the company via email no response. Just know their promos are a lie make sure you order correctly or you’ll get ripped off!!! Buyer beware!!!!!!’

I would honestly would put 0 star but you have to put at least one i order some shoes they gave me a date and time on when its going to be delivered and still nothing they tried to blame fedex all i want is a refund and i can't even get that the worst service ever.

Wow, terrible company to do business with!

Wow, wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Been waiting forever for sneakers I purchased. They tried to blame their poor customer service on fedex. All I want now is a refund and they won’t give me my money back! Terrible company to do business with!! I spoke with an Ann in customer service who was very rude and condescending, she told me I had to wait 14 days for delivery before she could refund my $$. I won’t be doing business with this company again and I recommend that you purchase from another company!!
A lot of unnecessary problems that nobody needs!!!!

i recieved an email saying that the item will arrive tomorrow april 9th.came april 12 still waiting.despite of paying for the shipment.i tracked down the item that suppose from GA.it went so far 3 county of florida (where i lived) then back to GA?really?help me understand.my order from amazon which took place after 2days came 2dyas after from california.hmmmmm..i will never shop again and dont recommend online shopping with shoe carnival.it sucks!!

I placed an order for a pair of shoes…

I placed an order for a pair of shoes online and accidently ordered the wrong shoe. I immediatly emailed shoe carnival to cancel the order minutes after it was placed. The next morning i called customer service to find out the cancellation status of the order and i was told by Ann a rep for shoe carnival that the order could not be cancelled. And that i could return the order as long as i paid for shipping. I wont be ordering from shoe carnival ever again. I would not recommend anyone ordering online from them. There customer service is limited to more so what they cant do.

Ordered two items

Ordered two items, received one item, and twelve days later the second item is still not delivered. Contacted customer service via online chat with Maria she stated she would re-order the item and have it shipped. Item was shipped and sitting with a created label for Fed-ex to pick up and it never was. Called customer service and spoke with a lady, she stated sometimes it takes 3-7 business days to ship, give it a few days, mind you it has already been 12 days. Contacted online chat, Maria again, explained the issue, screen shot Fedex update where it showed the item sitting in Ontario, CA waiting on pick up to be shipped. Maria stated she would create a new order and have the item shipped and would be delivered in two days. The very next day, i receive an email stating the order was canceled!! Email did not state if my money would be placed back on my debit card, just stated if items was purchased in store, a gift card would be issued for a refund. If this is what they consider good customer service, they're the worst by far. Will NEVER do business with this company ever again!! They have good quality items but their customer service is ridiculously sad. Maria, and whomever the lady was i spoke to over the phone most definitely need training. They both acted if it was going to take too much of their time to resolve this issue, and on top of that they both were very rude. 1 star but should be 0 I highly recommend Shoe Station!!

Shoe Carnival in Peoria, IL

Shoe Carnival in Peoria, IL is disgusting. It's dirty for one, two the employee's aren't friendly and hate their jobs. I counted 5 customers with no masks on and two with masks on but under their chin when I came to the front of the store. This is second time I've been to this particular store in 3 years and the second time I've seen this place dirty, unstocked, shoes everywhere and unfriendly workers.

They fu**ing suck. You have to pay $6 to return an online order and they literally take it out of the shoes you payed for !!!! Like who tf does that ??? Go elsewhere!!!

Bad Product and Customer Service

I purchased a pair of shoes to wear for work. I work inside and do not have to do a lot of walking, and therefore put minimal wear and tear on shoes. Within 3 months, the sole of one of the shoes pulls apart.
I contacted Shoe Carnival several times and provided photos over the course of 2 months only to be denied a refund or exchange. This was because the shoes lasted 3 months instead of 2 months. I would not waste your time or money on their product.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I have to give them a 1 star. I loved Shoe Carnival. However, if you promise you're going to send me a refund or a replacement over almost 6 mos ago, you don't want my business. I don't like feeling like someone is trying to get over on me.

Worst customer service I’ve ever…

Worst customer service I’ve ever received!!! Called 5 times. Twice talked to managers, one at headquarters. None of them did what they said they would. Ordered same shoes from Zappos and received them in 3 days for 30 percent less.

Shoe Carnival refused to give refund or…

Shoe Carnival refused to give refund or exchange to my 14 year old granddaughter for shoe I sent her for Christmas that were too small for her. I purchased them online on 11-2-2020 and gave them to her on 12-25-2020 for Christmas. Due to Covid-19 she has not been able to take them to a local store for exchange. She tried today and they said, because it had been over 60 days since they were purchased they could not exchange them. I will never purchased anything on line or in one of their stores ever again.

Shoe Carnival's return policy

Shoe Carnival's return policy is awful!! The shoes I bought caused a very painful blister on my ankle. Because I wore them one time, the company refused to let me return them for a refund. I purchased them on line and the receipt in the box says "If you are not delighted with your purchase for any reason,we offer returns and exchanges." However, they refuse to let me return them even though they caused injury to my ankle. I will never shop at Shoe Carnival again and I urge anyone who does to beware.

Waste of time

I ordered a new pair of shoes, and they sent me two right shoes instead of one right and one left. They can't fix it, and said I have to return the shoes. I can either ship them for six dollars, or drive an hour away to the nearest shoe carnival. I also can't exchange them while at the store because I purchased them online. Customer service is a pain in the ass, even if you talk to them on the phone.
