I’ve contacted them twice now by email to get a return label for shoes delivered that were not the right color or size. I tried calling but there’s no way to get to a customer service representative. Shoes were delivered 12/27/2025. It’s now January 10. 30 day returns policy is great if you can get them to send you a return label.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Same brand, same size. They arrived rubber-banded together. No boxes; just a peel off sticker on the side of 1 shoe. One pair was clearly smaller than the other. I jumped through all of their hoops, and provided plenty of pictures. They finally sent me a return label but refused to answer my question, when I asked if I would receive a full refund upon returning the pair that were not what I ordered. Not to worry; American Express has already told me that I will not be held responsible for their error and I will get the full credit, one way or another.
