Lovely shoes but no dispatch, no reply to any emails sent and to date no refund.

Zero star !!! Absolute SCAM, nothing showed up, feel like an idiot !! Messages asking if I loved them etc. Other messages saying running late, message was dated 3 months earlier, before I had even ordered ! Claimed to be a uk family company !! STEER CLEAR

What a disaster!! Lies lies and more lies. False promises, what a scam. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give zero I would. Do not buy from this company.
The quality is exceptionally POOR they are only fit for the bin.
They finally arrived in a plastic tatty bag, no box for what are meant to be quality Orthopedic shoes. They are tacky, plastic and marked in places. I would not even sell these on . Terrible

I ordered a pair of orthopaedic leather sandals and received plastic foul- smelling soft-soled rubbish. I have emailed the company for returns and refund information.

No stars. Do not buy from this Company. As everyone else says it is effectively a scam. Late delivery. Very poor product. Does not facilitate a return or refund.

Terrible took for ever to arrive then about three sizes bigger than I ordered. Also very poor quality. Use at your peril.

Do not buy from this company. The item was poor quality and when I asked for a return label, they were very hesitant. Eventually advised me I would have to return to China at my cost!

Very bad experience with this company. I would have given a "0" review. Ordered boots for special occasion in February which didn't arrive. The customer service was so poor that I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction. The bank refunded me. On 21 March 2026, they used a company called relay to deliver the boots after I had told them to cancel the order. They did not knock my door and left the parcel on the doorstep. I contacted Marley Shoes via email to advise of this and asked them to send me a returns label so I could send them back. Sam Kaiser advised that they do not provide returns labels and offered me 30% discount to keep them, which doesn't make any sense as I had already cancelled the order and had been refunded from my bank. In my opinion they are based in China and are scammers! The boots are cheaply made. I wish that I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before purchasing. I will never shop with this company again.

If i could give less than 1 star i would, we ordered 7.5 shoe and got a 8 now they want us to pay for the return, terrible customer service do not order from this company as they are based in China and not the UK. Now we are stuck with a shoe that's too big, if you want to waste money then go ahead and order.

This company should not be allowed to advertise they not orthopedic shoes quality is so bad shoe's are thin flimsy and badly made my granddaughter could do better konw chance of refund as the keep changing web site the should be made to stop trading

Please do not go near this company. I ordered what I thought was leather sandals which turned out to be plastic couldn’t get zip open and ankle strap was far too big , , couldn’t keep sandals on. I contacted company also showing the problem with photo. They said if I returned they would refund , the cost was going to be £20 to send back, so I asked for refund. Many promises & excuses later & no refund I realise they are a bunch of crooks. Keep well clear.

Absolutely rubbish quality...

To echo other customers’ sentiments, not only are the shoes made from cheap, uncomfortable materials, there is no mention on the website that shipping is from China, when they eventually arrived (after 4 weeks) the wrong size was sent (their error) and I have to pay around £25 to return them with no reimbursement of shipping costs. Pleased at least to donate the shoes to charity and will definitely not be shopping with them again, you have been warned!

As every other review I cannot believe I have been so gullible to get scammed. This is not a family owned business and ordering from the UK they have come from China. Not even in a box just wrapped in plastic, am fuming. They want me to pay to return them even thought the experience is appalling. Avoid like the plague absolute con.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My flip-flops took over a month to arrive, and when they did, they were 3 sizes bigger than I ordered. The company has now stopped replying to my emails requesting a refund

The sandals I ordered a month before a trip abroad. They took forever to arrive and when they did only one pair were ok. I had to buy others from another more reputable supplier, as I was running out of time to make sure I had a good pair to take with me.
I kept one pair but the other pairs although sold as orthopaedic did not offer enough support.
The customer service were all apologies but no action. I'm still awaiting the two part refunds I was promised as it was easier to agree to this than pay a shipping postage.
I had no idea they were not UK based and believed they offered free returns. The website is misleading.
These people are scammers and their shoes are poor quality. The pair I took on holiday have already developed a problem after two wears.

They are scammers. I will be raising it with my bank upon my return to the Uk

If I could give minus stars I would. It is not a UK family run business but Chinese scammers. The shoes are pure rubbish - the shoes are nothing like the photos (been here before!), cheap materials and they don't fit. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. You will waste a lot of hard earned money on absolute rubbish. I should have realised when they said size up from your usual size.

Do NOT waste your money with this company. Trainers are VERY POOR QUALITY and arrived after 3 weeks screwed up in a tiny bag. Company should not be allowed to trade

This is a Chinese company -and a very bad one! That supplies poor quality, wrong size shoes and does not refund you!! They are scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! I have been in contact with them on a daily basis since January to get a refund!
