I always enjoy shopping at the Shoe Station. There is always a wide selection of styles, brands and prices.

The security guy who behaves like a police office at the Foley, AL store does not allow a small service dog riding in a stroller in the store, where as all other Shoe Stations do. However, they leave the isles packed with shoes and ladders, which will cause a customer to trip and fall. Therefore, I no longer shop in the Foley store.

Your staff is unfriendly and lazy.
I asked for help finding ugg boots and was pointed in the direction and told over there.
I asked about a shoe size and the staff looked at me like I had a third eye and said “I don’t know” and went back what she was doing.
I overheard staff complaining about wearing free product they were being given to wear in their hair to promote sales.

I like the store, the variety, and quality of the items being sold. I do not visit as much as I probably would because I do not care for the vibe of the store regarding loss prevention. As someone who worked in retail management for several years, I understand the need but being followed and stared at by the security officer in the store the ENTIRE time that I was shopping was a bit disconcerting and very annoying.

After I had paid for the shoes the cashier realized that there were 2 different sizes of shoes in the box and the correct size was no where to be found.

The store is very clean and well organized. Selection is fantastic. Staff were friendly.

They have a nice selection of shoes,sneakers amousded other things. The store is very neat clean and organized. The staff is very friendly nice and helpful.

The newly opened shoe station employees were training new employees and ignoring customers. When asked anything customers were treated like an unconvinced. All the customers in the store!

Always a great selection and awesome customer service!!!

The check out was fast and the associates were polite.

1) The store was clean.
2) Although we knew what we came in to look for, not one associate asked us if we needed help.
