First time I've used ShoeStation Direct.
I had to return my purchase for a refund, which went through pretty quickly, good service.
Boots were fine but just didn't fit me and the next size was out of stock, would definitely use again :-)

My 3rd visit to ShoeStation Direct for my Dewalt work boots, and as always, a great service and a great price, Many thanks.

Ordered some new work boots, ordered the wrong colour and the order used my old adress so I emailed on sunday night and they got back to me straight away monday morning and corrected my errors. Excellent product and service, couldn't be happier with customer service and delivery. Will order again.

Their delivery and communication was very good. I originally complained that I was mislead about the origin of the boots. However, having worn them for many months, in a variety of weather situations, I must say that they are excellent and, if they ever wear out, I'll definitely by another pair.

Shoestation recently dealt with an issue I had with a pair of boots. They responded immediately and dealt with the situation in a professional and speedy way. I am delighted with the service and will shop with them again. Brilliant customer service.

Had several pairs of moccasin slippers over the years, all good, with fast delivery and competitive prices. On my latest pair stitching came slightly undone after a couple of weeks. One phone call and replacement at no charge with me in two days. How to turn a problem into a recommendation! Very good, polite customer service with no query as to action to be taken.

Have had a few shoes from ShoeStation Direct, all have come one time. Great customer service too!

Well packaged, fast delivery and really good customer service

I purchased a pair of CAT boots and they started leaking after 9 months they refused to take them back or answer my emails. Avoid like the plague.

I would definitely buy from this company again and thoroughly recommend them. Fast, friendly and very helpful.

I ordered a pair of workboots at 4.30pm on a Wednesday afternoon, by 5.30pm I received an email telling me that the boots had been shipped!!! :-)
I had opted for the standard Royal Mail 48 hour delivery...the boots arrived on the Friday...Very happy with that.

I called to ask a question before placing my order, that call was answered quickly and politely.

I will use again in the future and will recommend to family & friends.
