Original review:
The ordering process was smooth, quick automated updates on the process until I received the shipping information.

The tracking code wasn't working, so I emailed asking for updates. Until this point everything had been in English and all of a sudden I get an Italian email saying GLS has a system issue (I paid for FedEx) and that I need to wait a day.
With international shipping not always being smooth I waited a week, nothing....

So I mailed again, no response what so ever. I opened a dispute with my creditcard company to get a refund due to not receiving my order and not getting an response.

Magically a week later I get an email that the shipment is on the way and everything is the fault of GLS.

By now I got serval reminders to give a review for a company that has terrible communication and I still haven't received my order from.

Currently I'm frustrated and annoyed and without my order that might or might not arrive.

The failing in commutation, uncertainty of where the order is, and pushing for a review has let me to write te review above.

Zero stars would be my choice.I ordered on 19/11/24 I got order confirmation email that is all.I still have not received anything 27/11/24 no shipping updates no response to 3 emails, nothing at all,so deal with this company at your own risk!!!

company said they did not receive my order even though i had a order number and receipt, and now i have to wait until the 26th of August to receive my goods due to closure
