Brilliant service! I have to wear a special liner in my shoes. First I tried on several different styles and then realised I’d left my liner in one of the shoes but didn’t know which one; I couldn’t find it. The assistant came to my rescue. Then I found the ideal pair but not in my size. Again the assistant came to my aid, found my size in the wrong colour so I could check they fitted and then asked if I’d like to order them. I never realised I could do that. I never ordered until 4p.m. and they arrived at my house 1 p.m. the next day, free of charge. Brilliant service, very pleased!

Only one shoe sent - not the pair. Tried phoning to sort problem out. Call dropped out twice. Sent an email asking how to get a refund. Still waiting for a reply.

Ordered a pair of boots. Was skeptical about the size 9 women's as ordered online from other companies and the sizing is small. However, I was so chuffed with my Shoezone purchase. Fits lovely. Cheap affordable prices and good choices.
Happy customer! Will be revisiting definitely.

Ordered Hush Puppy shoes for my husband. The price seemed too good to be true. However, they arrived
today, and he is absolutely thrilled with them. The shoes fit brilliantly, and the colour is exactly as shown on the site. Will use Shoe Zone again.

My partner purchased £9.99 pumps, worn since July but BOTH soles are cracked in the centre leaving holes in them.

Staff refused an exchange or refund, were rude in the process and could not explain how such a problem occured beyond "general wear and tear".

I guess "buy cheap buy twice" is true and Shoezone provide very poor quality.

My advice is shop elsewhere as I will now,be doing FOREVER. Awful customer service too.

Ordered sandals Wednesday afternoon in store, delivered Thursday morning at my home.
1st class service... Would definitely use again

Really giving to high a score for this shower. Ordered 1pair Black Shoes and 1pair blue trainers. Received two pairs of white trainers. Company couldn't care less and no return address

Took my school aged son to Show Zone, Kingswood, Hull to buy a new pair of school shoes.
No staff present on shop floor to assist. Both at on till.
Kids running amok around store. Dozy parents no control. No attempt by staff to deal with this situation in interest of other staff.
Went and purchased same shoes, at cheaper proce, from Sports Direct.

Ordered ladies clogs online. Delivery was quick but the product is very poor. Very uncomfortable hard foot surface. Very big for the actual size. Made in China but that doesn't necessarily mean poorly made. I suppose if you
buy cheap you get cheap. Would not recommend this product!

Very bad customer service bought two pairs of shoes the glue on the front of them both kept falling apart took them back 4 times in one month last time I took them back they refused a refund or replacement so I put them in the bin £60 in total I spent in the bury store never again rubbish

I bought a pair of sandals for my 8 year old daughter (29897030) She wore them once and the shoes absolutely shredded her heels on both feet.

I contacted Shoe Zone customer services. They won’t allow an exchange or a refund or even a money off voucher as I now need to buy another pair of sandals and throw these away.

Very poor customer services to not offer any discount or compensation.

Poor quality. School shoes last for a month. Cheap for a reason

Bought correct size just tried out walked round lawn feel very uncomfortable like hard cardboard kept on for a while left imprint on my feet waste of money

No support from AM Management treated you as a number
Do not care about the employee either.
Nothing is ever good enough.
There is no recognition for all the unpaid overtime.

Visited Shoezone in Huddersfield on 7.1.25.
I was looking for some sandals for a holiday I wwas due to go on.
There were two female assistants.
They informed me that there weren't any on display .
However one of the assistants said they had some in the back.
She returned a few minutes later with three pairs of sandals.
One of the pairs were exactly what I was wanting.
I bought this pair.
I thanked both assistants for their care and assistance.
Very pleasant ladies who went beyond their remit.
A credit to Shoezone.

Worst manager, I have ever seen in Gloucester Eastgate store. She wasn't only rude but also uninterested in giving any good customer experience and had attitude problem.

I don't thing so, shoe zone offer the price and quality that you can't find anywhere else and this is interesting to know that a manager behaved in such a rude manner with a customer so that they wouldn't come back to shop.

One more thing is when I went to the counter to ask about the price because I was unsure rather than checking the price on the system she behaved very awkwardly and said "she don't know, and check on the shelf otherwise she doesn't know"

Tbh I've never had this experience in any UK stores. So unprofessional!

My daughter wore the shoes to school for about 2 months, and the soles of both shoes developed massive holes.

Since the rest of the shoes were still in good condition, I asked the shop if they offered a repair service because it felt wasteful to throw them away. The saleslady told me it was 'wear and tear' and there was nothing they could do. She added, 'What do you expect for a £15 pair of shoes?'

For comparison, my daughter has a pair of boots she wore in Year 6 for about a year, and they are still in perfect condition. So yes, I do expect a pair of shoes to last longer than two months!
