WARNING: no email communication
Update: My order arrived after delay, lack of tracking updates and no replies to emails. I have updated from 1 to 2 stars because the site is legit, but lacking customer service.
I ordered children's sunglasses, they were labeled as SENT, however there was no update on the package for almost a month.I sent three emails, no answer. No phone contact published on the page. Seems I've fallen for a scam based on other reviews here. If the site is legit, it's highly DYSFUNCTIONAL. I will most likely not get a REFUND! -Thank you for replying, I will update my review based on this unforeseen circumstance. However, not maintaining email contact/ replying to concerns, is incredibly bad for trust.
