Poor Quality, No Repairs, Unfair Pricing – Avoid
Just over two years after purchase, a button on my Shokz OPENRUN PRO fell off, making them no longer water-resistant and unusable for sports.
Customer service confirmed there are no spare parts and no way to repair. Instead, they offered a small discount for a new pair — which they later removed when I insisted on buying from Canada, pushing me to the more expensive European store.
This shows:
Poor durability for the price.
Zero repair support.
Unfair pricing depending on location.
No real customer care.
Avoid Shokz — not worth the money.
