Awful shop owner

Awful service, having spent nearly £3000 on a LV trunk and earned points my daughter then went all the way to London to use the points on a coat she had seen online, the shop assistant had to phone Shona who said she could only use £30 of the £300 points. My daughter searched the terms and conditions where it says nothing about this, neither was she told when we purchased the trunk. The shop assistant invited my daughter to call Shona and actually stated that my daughter would have to make the call as she was “too frightened” (her actual words!) on the phone Shona stated it said in the Ts&Cs that only £30 can be used, but whilst on the phone my daughter proved that to be wrong, too which Shona replied “buy the coat or don’t buy the coat, but I’m busy walking my dogs” so my daughter left and we will never put another penny in this rude women’s pocket. She needs to learn how a points system works, ie you go to Hollister (for example) and save your points and use them when you want to because you’ve already spent the money that earned those points. If she’s going to run hers differently to how everyone else does then she needs to make that clear at the time you make a purchase. Lastly, the shop assistant did try her best and was apologetic and we feel sorry for her working for this awful woman.
