Same Experience like AHMED AMOURI now for second time.
Placed order during 30% cashback offer for Temu, Temu applied automatically coupons which even Temu support confirms that this cannot be removed by user during order confirmation. Still Shoop.de do not give cashback but excuse that due to discount on receipt no cashback can be provided. Tired of this, everytime just disappointment. Do I want to try for next time again? Hope has limits.

if the automatic tracking of your shoop orders isn't working for you, please check, if you deleted your browser cache (cookies) and if the adblocker are fully deactived. Please raise a claim (Nachbuchungsanfrage) for the orders that weren't automatically tracked, we will then receive to get the cashback for your orders from the merchant manually.

we had to change the minimum payout amount to 10€ for SEPA and Paypal due to regulatory requirements.
It takes Temu (as well as Aliexpress) quite some time until they pay us the comission - we would prefer this to be different / faster as well but that's not up to us unfortunately.

severe delay to reimburse cashback for no reason
they blocked the access to my account for "violating terms" (non-occurred) and even if they restored access, they still refuse to reimburse my cashback without clarifying what documents are necessary to submit.
no responses to my -open- ticket.
UPDATE:
after continuous effort (and my review here) the support team got responsive and my cashback was received, therefore the increase to 3 stars.
still, no reason for the initial blocking and the alleged violation of cash back terms or re-send the documents I had already provided.
