To be honest, we were very positively surprised by how smooth and easy the communication was. While researching the home-buying process we came across many opinions saying that communication with solicitors can often be poor, which made us quite worried at the beginning. However, our experience here has been completely different.
From start to finish, everything was handled efficiently and with great care. We started the house-buying process on 17th November 2025 and received the keys on 2nd March-which is impressively fast, especially considering that the sellers were not always cooperative and tended to delay the process. We also want to mention that our friends recommended this firm to us and they were absolutely right- it was definitely worth it. We are truly impressed with the quality of service and the overall experience. We would not hesitate to recommend Yas and Daniel and the entire Swiitch to others.

Joy and Daniel were fantastic throughout the purchasing process, even when we had difficulties with the upward part of the chain they were both very efficient and caring to our needs and helped keep the move on track.
