You offer veterans discount and very easy to order

had a little trouble checking out but in the end all worked out fine. have ordered before but sighing in seemed to be a problem. maybe it is fixed now.

I called to find out about my purchase status and to my surprise they picked up on the third ring. They were very happy to help me with my questions and I ended that call happy with the results. After receiving my order I had an issue with a part of my order not being delivered. They again answered the phone on the third ring. They apologized for the oversight on their part and put the item’s in the mail the very same day, as I had it in my hand two days later.
I couldn’t be happier with my purchase as the setup and take down of the targets is quick and easy needing no tools. Rugged and well worth the money I spent on them. I would recommend Shooting Targets USA to anyone looking for a quality product.

This is my first order and was pleased with process so far. I tend to be lazy and not bring in targets. does the rubber takers do well with large caliber like 338,300 and 7 mm.

I ordered a red dot sight for shooting targets in the USA, but it was never shipped, even after waiting 10 days. I contacted their customer service multiple times, and each time they told me the order would ship “today or tomorrow.” This pattern repeated for days, and I was left waiting with no updates or progress. Finally, I got tired of the excuses and canceled the order.

Their lack of communication and inability to fulfill an order in a timely manner was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service or timely shipping.

Can’t beat the prices, especially when they have sales and deals. Not the best paint job on the targets but I couldn’t imagine complaining about the paint on a piece of steel I intend shoot thousands of times over, though I'm sure some will. All things considered, price, quality, shipping, etc. I give 5 stars, very happy with my purchase.

Love this target. No paper to change, for regular practice. Paddles flp out, shoot and they flip back. So cool. I never should have waited so long to order.

First and last time I will purchase from shooting targets. I made a purchase on December 4th and prior to my purchase, I called to verify product availability and shipping. I was informed that if it shows online, they have it in stock and they will process the order the same day or the following business day. I asked if this was guaranteed and they advised that any delay will be due to the shipper because of holidays, which is completely understandable. I made my purchase and saw that instead of a pending hold, it was immediately charged. I know that every website I purchased from places a pending status until the product is shipped. I called on the 5th to confirm that my order was placed correctly and they stated it was and that it would ship on the 5th and be watching for an confirmation email. I received no communication and called back on the 6th. I was told that it was missed but would be shipping out today but the carrier wouldn't update their website for 24 hours and to wait till Monday. I waited until Monday and again received no communication. I called again and was told that they didn't have the product in stock and was waiting for it. I asked why they had told me it was shipping last week and the guy I had been corresponding with said that he didn't remember why. I had been corresponding with the same person everytime I called. He assured me again that it would ship out on Wednesday and to be watching out for an email. Wednesday arrives and I reach out again. I was told the same story but this time it was added that they had to fill a vendors order which was larger then mine, so they were priority. He again told me it would be shipping out Thursday the 12th and guaranteed me he would personally sticker the item. Thursday comes and goes and I waited for a confirmation email that never came. I called at 13:50 Mountain time and asked again where my order was. He said that he personally snickered it today and said he doesn't know why it wasn't process yesterday.

I completely understand that due to the holidays that processing times maybe delayed but I was lied to multiple times and my credit card was charged immediately for something that was not processed. I wish this representative would have been honest with me from the beginning and told me exactly what was going and I would have been completely okay with the situation. Instead, I was lied to over a week and probably lied to again. If my order does not ship today, I will disputing this charge with my credit card and filing a complaint with the FTC. It scares me that a company would do this and hold my money for no reason

Received an email that judiciously warned me I would spend money. I opened it and five minutes later I had spent money for exceptional targets and accessories. When I was unable to find the discount code the gentleman on the phone helped me efficiently and politely. I look forward to working with this company in the future for my range supplies.
