This is a scam website. Once order placed they disappear and do not communicate/send item.
Ordered on March 12, emailed a week later, emailed again after no reply, and since have posted to their WhatsApp also without reply.
I’m trying to find a process of reporting them and getting money returned but this seems tough. Next week I will file report with police.
Kicking myself for not checking this site before buying!!

the website glitches when you make a payment and may get you to pay 2 times thinking something went wrong. They will also not send an invoice right away or the next day or the day after, only after reaching out I got sent an invoice, and more than 2 weeks later no updates, nothing was shipped and request to cancel is ignored. Checked the KVK number only to show that is not a real number nor does the website URL or business address give back any data that this is a registered company. anyone else ordered from this webshop in Belgium please report your case to pointdecontact.belgique.be
for Dutch clients there should be an equivalent portal to file complaints.

I ordered sculpting wax for 156 Euro which was never delivered and they did not refund or answered to any of my emails, their phone is also not working and immediately goes to their answering machine. This is a scam, don't order from them. I will now have to engage a lawyer.
