Stain in cap
I had an issue with a stain in a cap and they didn’t solve it because I didn’t have the tags on (I never thought I would have a defect in a brand new item it just arrived so I removed them after trying the t-shirt), this last one was fine, but not the cap.
Even Amazon has got a better aftermarket service.

Pins survived a car
Bought the team pins about a year ago. Through fault of my own, one fell off of my bag. It was run over by a car in a parking lot and the back of the pin that was bent was easily bent back into place and works perfectly. Fantastic quality item.

Bad experience with returning the parcel
When I received my order, the polo shirt was too large (XL). I therefore wanted to return it, and I was told that there was no free return procedure, but that I could return it at my own expense. I therefore followed the procedure, paid the shipping costs, and dropped the parcel off at the post office. Since then, I have received no information regarding a refund, so I am not happy. I even suggested that you send me the same polo shirt in size L instead, but I have never received any response. It has now been 10 days since I dropped off the parcel.
