I went to this shop and found the lads really helpful and learned loads about wetsuit application and care. It’s well worth going into these guys to discuss things and good prices.
Great experience and they refused a tip. Would highly recommend this place

I ordered a box of power gel shots on the 16/2/22. I didn’t hear anything from Base2Race apart from a confirmation e-mail saying the product would be shipped to my address. After no product, no contact for 8 days, and no way to track the package I contacted Base2Race who told me they were out of stock (which wasn’t mentioned on their website when I made the order) and would instead ship that morning and ‘hopefully’ arrive Monday. I contacted Base2race again Tuesday (1/3/22) afternoon and didn't get a reply. Then again the following morning and was told that it still hadn't come back in stock (their website still says it is in stock 2/3/22).
Base2Race took the full amount including €7 shipping from my account when I made the order. I asked for a refund on Wednesday 2 weeks after making my order, and a few hours later got an email saying my order had been cancelled.
The money still hasn't been refunded to my account (10/3/22).
