Basscollect 

I cannot praise Basscollect enough. An instrument is a major purchase for me, and I was slightly concerned about ordering from a company which operates from abroad, and that I hadn't come across before.

I needn't have worried.

I have never dealt with a friendlier, more helpful group of people. They clearly love what they do, and are willing to bend over backwards to answer any questions you have.
My emails were always replied to in minutes, and all instances of their customer service was first rate. Prices were the best I could find, and the shipping time was excellent.

There is no question at all in my mind as to where I would make any and all further Bass related purchases from.

I was shopping a new bass amp and found BassCollect websites with new and fresh approach in market. Having not decided what to buy I found a nice bass amp shootout from their website.
After swift emails and very helpfull responses they even added one amp to the shootout to ease my decision. Ended up ordering Eich T-1000, which was delivered fast.

Very nice and personal (even between two different countries) service in world full of faceless webstores. It was a pleasure to buy my amp and surely come back for more.

I can only recommend this store. The service is in top and the responstime is super fast. Beside that they are very helpful and dedicated in providing the best for the costumors
