Newport bmw wendy

Just walked into BMW Newport and a lady called Wendy was very rude to me and arrogant, she made me feel very uncomfortable. She’s the older lady with blonde hair. I wouldn’t recommend approaching her if you do have to come to their dealership. She’s not what bmw represents. The bmw dealership that I have been to in the country and felt as if I want to walk straight out.

BMW map update that wasn’t up to date.

I purchased a map update from BMW before making a trip to France. When I returned to UK I discovered that the updated map was not providing up to date information. When asked for a refund BMW said it was out of the 14 day period so would not refund. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 allows 30 days for right to reject.
Stay away from BMW connective drive services.

Stay away from Bmw

BMW uk headoffice farnborough summit I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service from BMW Head Office on Summit Avenue. I raised a genuine issue regarding one of their branches, expecting a fair resolution. Instead, they just listened politely and gave a standard response — essentially telling me that if I’m not happy, I should contact the Motor Ombudsman. No real effort was made to resolve the matter or hold their branch accountable. It feels like they are more interested in protecting their image than helping their customers. Very poor experience for a brand that claims to value customer satisfaction.

I ordered Floor mats for a BMW X6

I ordered Floor mats for a BMW X6. Order was not confirmed. You can only contact them by filling a form which never got any response. After 10 days I still do not know when my order will be fulfilled. They deserve a zero star.

This company and the employees are like…

This company and the employees are like headless chickens. I have ordered something and they sent me something else. I called 6 different places and numbers to get this item exchanged and they keep transferring me to a different person. Very unprofessional customer service.

shop.bmw.co.uk - A flaky website for BMW parts and accessories

shop.bmw.co.uk- This is the trading platform 'shop' for BMW in the UK, for people - mainly owners - to buy spare parts, retro-fits, wheels+tyres, accessories and branded clothing. It integrates with the BMW Connect portal for subscription services (like satnav updates) and uses your VIN to get specific details for your car plus credit card details. It initially looks well-integrated but the back-end is a bit of a hack: orders actually get placed with individual garage parts depts - there is no central BMW 'shop' as such. All the stock is held by local garages.

My order was placed with a distant garage (presumably because they had the item in stock) - and then disappeared. There's no 'print' option when you place the order. If I hadn't done a screenshot I wouldn't have a record. No email confirmation and nothing on my credit card. You can't trace an order other than by the order number. But with no confirmation, you don't have one. Fortunately, it's not a big-ticket item so I just waited 10 days and ordered via Amazon. I'd be reluctant to order anything through this portal, especially if it was pricey. Easier to go to your local BMW dealer's aftersales shop, or Amazon.

Via the BMW shop the price was £34.89 versus £29.14 via Amazon.

The item was part no 71126769683 a 140nm wheel torque wrench. On the BMW screenshot the order no. was 00020603 but it's not on my 'Your Orders' page on the BMW portal.
