misleading name
I own a shaver of the series 5. S5 is written on the shaving head. I ordered an series 5 shaving head, but the design was different, i.e. did not fit.

The store was fine but I was completely puzzled when a couple of days after my order I received a DHL notification that some company in Poland with a name totally unknown to me had shipped a package to me. I seriously thought this was fraud or fishing. It took me quite some time to find out that the package seemed to be my order from the Braun shop.
When I order from Braun it should be clearly visible from the parcel announcement that this is the order from Braun and not something else.
I had given 2 stars, but now I changed to 1: After my review I got an email from a Braun Customer Relations Executive (to which one cannot reply) with what looks like a standard text that does not fit my case at all. They apologize for the delay of the delivery. However, the complaint I expressed in my review was not about a delay, but about the fact that Braun lets ship their orders from a company located in a different country with a name that is not connected to Braun and where in the DHL notification nowhere the name Braun appears. In my case, I ordered in Germany in the official Braun shop, but the order was sent by a different company located in Poland.
