Ordered snow pants on Dec. 17 of 2025 it’s now Mar. 25 of 2026 and despite contacting them I still haven’t received them and the order on the shop app still says waiting for details.

I’m writing because I’m honestly quite frustrated. I placed my order for a Hat back in February 2025 — and it’s now October 2025, yet I still haven’t received the item.
According to the tracking information, the order was “on its way” in late February, with an expected delivery date of March 1st. It’s been over seven months since then, and I’ve neither received my hat nor any update from the shop's side.
This level of delay and lack of communication is completely unacceptable!
