I have placed 2 orders with this business. I did not experience any issues with my first order but ran into an issue with my second order. I placed my order on 2/2 requesting and paying for Next Day Air shipping. I received notification on 2/3 that my order was on the way. Throughout the day on 2/3 and all day on 2/4, I checked the status via the UPS site but the only thing it said was that a shipping label had been created. The status didn’t change until after I contacted customer service to see if there was an issue with my order. When the status did change, it said my order would be delivered on 2/7. Despite my order meeting the requirements of free shipping and because I didn’t want to wait for the “regular" delivery time, I paid the fee for Next Day Air. I was expecting to receive my order by Friday 2/4 or Saturday 2/5 at the latest. Therefore, I’m confused as to what I paid $40 for.

Additionally, customer service leaves a little to be desired as it seems to take 2-3 days to receive a response from them.

I've been shopping with the Cookies brand for at least 8 years and have yet to be let down. All quality products, from the grinders, trays, silicone containers, the smell proof v2 bookbag, hats, I've even purchased the gpen x Cookies Collab. Not to mention the CBD/Delta 8 line products. All great customer service with minimal shipping times. Shout out to Berner for pushing the button with cookiessf.
