Initially good communication by Lauren…

Initially good communication by Lauren undone by awful communication by Pierce and then nothing at all.

Misspelled my son's name on rear of shirt. Sent a return bag for free return which was good.
Returned shirt and then heard nothing until Pierce asked if I had returned the item - yes I did, about 10 days ago!
Advised this was the case and sent proof of postage but have had no response from them.

Seriously poor.

Communication could be better

Apart from order acknowledgement, nothing by way of delivery date. I sent an email through and the reply was to send it customer services. Reply was to say a member of the team will come back to me.

UPDATE I have now received an email informing me of delivery process and that they are expediting my order. I am hoping they will be able to sort their communications out in future . Further update I have now been told my item is dispatched and I have a tracking number. Now THIS is customer service.

UPSATE 20.10. I've received my items which are lovely quality and my son will absolutely love them

Absolutely shocking customer service…

Absolutely shocking customer service ..order placed online, no updates or anything. Emailed with no response and can never get through on the phone either. And still waiting to see if I will receive my order which was almost £200!!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service, or complete lack of it when enquiring about an accessible stadium tour, 8-days to get a reply to an email plus chase emails and phone calls. Told I’d be called back and wasn’t (twice). Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Delivery shocking

Delivery shocking
Bad customer service ordered something on the 1st of February and had to pay 5pound for the delivery fee, website says it be dispatched within 5 days and royal mail will deliver within 2 so that's 7 days in total.

It's now the 13th of February and iv had no emails I called the store and the young lad who answered the phone calling me Bruv and saying Kwl even asked if I can collect items from store. I have the call recorded and will be complaining I have asked for my postage money back.

I have got an email at 15.00pm saying they have now dispatched my order and no answer to My complaint that I have made.

Don’t order anything if you need it delivered within a couple of weeks

I ordered several items for Christmas on 2nd December 2022 and received an automated email confirmation straight away.

I needed one of the items for my Secret Santa gift by 15th December, but by 8th December I hadn’t received any further communication so followed up by email to ask what was happening.

By 12th December I still hadn’t heard anything so I sent another email and, after a few hours with still no reply, I tried to contact them by phone. On the third attempt I was able to leave a message. A CPFC representative (from an unknown number) phoned back shortly afterwards and told me that I needed to phone a different number for the shop (i.e. not the number that was listed on their website for the shop!). I did so and was told by the person who answered that, to my relief, my order had been despatched.

The next day (13th December) I finally received an email reply, but it stated “Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your order to be dispatched. Your order is currently on the 9th working day and has not been dispatched yet. Your package will be aimed to be dispatched tomorrow on a tracked 24 service.”. So, it hadn’t been despatched after all!

I didn’t receive any further communication until 15th December at 13:26 (two days later, working day 11). The email stated that my order had been despatched, but it was too late for me; I had already waited in all morning in the hope that the package might still be delivered before I had to leave for my team’s Christmas lunch. It wasn’t, therefore I had to buy an additional Secret Santa gift on my way to the restaurant so that I didn’t turn up empty handed.

I thought that placing my order over two weeks before I needed the items would have been enough time; it is for all the other companies I’ve ordered from, and I only bought two mugs, a 2023 calendar, and an annual, none of which were listed as “out of stock” on the website. The products themselves were fine, as was the packaging, but I’m extremely disappointed by the service and I won’t be ordering from them again.

P.S. I have emails and a call log to backup my review.
