Excellent, speedy service and good customer services

I had my consultation by phone. Lovely pharmacist. Explained everything very well. Received my package. However, no needles or hazards box for needles. I called customer service who advised they were awaiting payment. I explained i was given a price which I thought included everything as no mention of having to pay for hazards box or needles. Anyway quickly resolved and the came on the next post. Not had second consultation. Would like to be able to go to my local pharmacy get properly weighed and blood pressure taken. Hopefully no issues going forward

I have received my LDN bottle, which is great, thank you. However, I'm waiting for my turmeric tablets, which were ordered at the same time.

I really enjoyed my Hyperbaric session . I initially felt a little apprehensive but the lady in charge soon put me at ease. I will book another session as I am hopeful it will aid my mobility problems and Osteoporosis

Intelligent, compassionate and practical advice! Wish they were on my doorstep for all our needs but they deliver excellent remote services, often far beyond a standard chemist. Highly recommend.

I have struggled with my weight for a few years now and tried everything to stop my sweet cravings but didn’t have any success unt now. I found the telephone consultation very helpful and I think this is the solution for me .

I only received half my order. Which meant I could start straight away. After apology they posted remaining next day.

The worst customer service - ignored my emails about change of address, meaning my prescription was sent to the wrong address; ignored my requests for login reset, meaning I couldn't update my payment details; ignored my emails about change of name, making them in breach of GDPR. They clearly have no respect for their customers and I will be using another pharmacy in the future.

I did the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy treatment. It really helped me. I feel a lot better now. I am feeling more relaxed and have a lot more energy now.

Dixons is my usual chemist my doctor prescriptions go to so I know the people who work there are really nice even though it was a different chemist I still had the loveliest lady

I had my second Hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment today and feel great. This is the only legitimate HBOT in Glasgow (in a hard shell pressurized chamber). My technician is fantastic and answers all of my many questions. I highly recommend!

Slick consultation and delivery

Nadine and her team are fantastic. So easy to book online for most of their services but still able to get the good old fashioned personal touch when you are onsite. We have used their hyperbaric chamber for a slow healing wound and the B12 injections. Both services have been 10/10.

Last time I ordered and had to call to chase shipment. This time were a week post purchase AND......yep! Stil not been shipped!

They were very helpful. Great communication and my prescription arrived quickly.
